Starry moon is my favorite go to place where i go like at least once a week because they have the best bobba and tea drinks but the last 4 visit I had here, the bobba is lesser than it used to, to the point I had to ask for extra bobbas. When i asked for more, They gave it to me for free but I dont wanna keep asking for more bobbas everytime😢 i feel like the staff is trying to save bobbas so they dont have to make some more.. havent gone for like 2 weeks now because of it and when i came today, the bobba is still less so its a lil upsetting.
Other than that, staff were friendly. If ever ill buy drinks, ill probably go the one by Paseo.

The staff were super helpful and kind. They also can do non-dairy substitutions for almost any drink. Not super busy or a long wait for drinks.

This is our go-to boba spot. The drinks are good, lots to choose from, and always consistent!
The only reason I took off a star is because they do not have their non-caffeinated drinks labeled. As someone who can not have caffeine, it is bothersome to ask which drinks don't have caffeine. As well as that, I have received different answers a few times.
Other than that, the place is great!

No customer service whatsoever. Came here today. It was my 2nd time being here. Both times no one greeted us, never said hello to us. So today I greeted them and said hello. No response to me saying hello to them even though they should be the one's greeting customers. I couldn't believe it. It was a blond girl with glasses and a taller asian girl around 5:30. (if management wants to know). I come here for the convenience of it being so close and when I don't feel like going into the mall to get boba tea. After today I will never give my business to them for there utter lack of customer service. They made me and my children feel so unwelcome almost like we were bothering them. Highly don't recommend anyone coming here.
