Young lady in the front was rude didn’t want to even attempt to restock the produce needed very loud and disrespectful and when finally basically forced to go to the back to get the produce she continued to speak for 10 minutes yelling and conversation where we could blatantly see and hear her going on with her co worker about some form of drama as of today to make sure the employee is called for actions the date and time 4:42 February 6th 2023 and she was younger shorter woman very visible on cameras highly suggest getting new employees for this location.

Came to eat at this subway at 11:06 and the doors were locked…a lady came to unlock them I asked if the store was open as it is the lunch hour…. She said uh yea ….sounded insure of herself so I go in to the counter with the sandwich selection and she starts putting out all the supplies without gloves I walked out very dissatisfied

Went to the 3200 coors nw ste. e Albuquerque location today and just wanted to give a "Good Job" to the two workers that helped us this afternoon at 2:50pm this afternoon they were very helpful, and after enjoying our lunch, we were also told to "Have a Great Day !" Food was great as always. in all a very positive experience :)

Ding ding ding! We have a winner! The WORST subway ever. This one will make you remember that Jared fogel is in jail. I got a "foot long sandwich" which is great until u have 8 inches of food and then 4 inches of crusty bread..Sorry to be a burden to the staff, wouldn't want them to actually have to do anything , like maybe make a mediocre sandwich..I would rather take bird droppings and mucus on bread w Mayo then go here again

Okay, so I want to give a huge shout out to Sasha, an amazing employee @ subway by UNM. She was exemplary on how customer service should be executed. The world is a better place because of her. At least my world is. We came into her store after leaving another subway store in which we encountered horrendous customer service. Sasha Chavez I hope is training the new employees that come to work at her store because the way she did it is exactly how it needs to be done. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable, up beat and sincere and she made some really great sandwiches! She asked us how our day has been an in turn, I asked her how her day has been, she went on to say it's better to have a good attitude no matter what kind of day you're having. Wow! God bless her! She deserves a raise! Good and kind that's all it takes. Thank you for the great customer service Sasha.

Sandwiches were good, the 2 veterans left a trainee to run the front by himself. He did a good job but was frazzled and forgot to cut a couple of our items. I don’t blame him though, he was taking care of customers and handling the oven and riser

i ordered doordash they forget my cookie , drink, and chips and for the sandwich they put absolutely no meat when i asked for turkey and bacon . zero stars if possible

I came to this subway and the guy we took my order was really slow. He also mad the worst sandwich ever. Wouldn’t go back again.

I was craving Subway and this was the closest location to my home. As I was walking up just now, the woman came up from behind the counter, locked the door on me, waved me away and turned the open sign off. I wasn't aware a place of business could close over 2 hours early being that it's only 8:00 p.m. especially when the sign clearly says during the week open until 10:00 p.m.. This is the first time I've ever been treated so rudely before even walking in the front doors.

I stopped by to grab dinner. Sadly when I got home I could not eat the sandwich as the staff put rotten spinach. Many of the toppings were bad and I could see the spinach at the time. At the soda machine there was soda syrup everywhere on the lids and straws. The counter dirty and my food bag ended up with soda syrup. The staff was not that friendly.

Rebekka Montgomery and Audra Childers were awesome in their Job under pressure as it got busy. The ladies kept calm even when a rude customer commented how slow she was. I think they did Gggrreeeeaaaaatt.
