I go to this subway often and have never had any problems. The staff were not the regular staff. I ordered my sandwiches online and put specific details about substitutions due to diet restrictions. Upon arrival I asked if the substitutions were correct in place before I left the store one employee asked the other employee who had made the sandwiches (who was standing at the counter talking to friends and family and never even looked up from their phone) if they had made the substitutions as requested. The employee stated no no, that's an up charge, we don't do that. I said I would like my sandwich remade and would pay the difference. The employee helping me said oh I can just open the sandwich and swap our what you want. . .not helpful with diet restrictions. Due to the difficulty with staff and lack of being willing to correct my order or remake my sandwich I just took the order as it was and left. A waste of money due to inability to eat the sandwich and super disappointing customer service from the staff. It's frustrating beause I have always had great service until this incident.

The 2 Girls working today got welcomed in by both of them very Loud with big smiles!, January 5th 2026 at 1:00 pm The Girl with blue hair helped me. She’s a very sweet Lady Very talkative and help me pick out what sandwich I wanted because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted!! Very clean and delicious !! Well for sure take my business back here again

I didn't pay attention to the cashier's name. Her service was professional and she dealt with the customers needs with kindness. Another customer had gotten impatient and left but the service here at this location was much appreciated!! Even though we don't live near this location we're always pleased with this Subway location!! It is always a bit of a wait for service but it's worth it.
