Super cool subway. My favorite one to go to. The long-haired, beared man (super big) made a great sandwich 4 me. He doubled down and went absolutely went crazy on my meat. Great place🤌🤌.

I order from subway almost on a weekly basis. It’s quick and on my way to work. I picked up my food as usual and get to work to find the saddest sandwich I had ever seen.. there’s was a hint of meat a couple olives and hardly any lettuce.. basically was left with a piece of bread. Highly disappointed.. service and food have gone so far down in the past 6 months it’s ridiculous. This will definitely be my last sandwich from subway

I really miss the 2 girls that used to always work there. The sisters They would always sing and dance and have so much fun. Environment is not the same without them. Serving me, food was still great. Store s still clean. I will still continue to be here. And eat the subs all the time.

the two young girls working were very unprofessional, didn’t acknowledge us at all while we were up at the counter waiting for our order to be taken. one girl seemingly was working on an online order and making sandwiches. the other girl was leaning against the counter and on her phone. she went to the back for a brief moment, came back and started working on another online order, still not acknowledging us whatsoever. two people should not be working on online orders when you have customers IN the physical store. one person makes sense. i work in customer service and i understand they are probably underpaid and understaffed. but it takes is a brief “i’ll be right with you”. we ended up at the jaun tabo and lomas location where we were promptly greeted and customer service was great, avoid this location.

I ate 2 nights ago at the Subway on Gibson SE. The food was wonderful. The two gentlemen were amazing. Fun and smiled, and they went above and beyond for the customers in the restaurant. This evening, I went to the location on Eubank and Constitution. At first, it looked very clean. The two young ladies behind the counter were not very happy with their jobs. No smiles, they moved really slowly, acting like it was an imposition if you wanted something put on the sandwich. I asked for extra dressing on mine and was told that she wasn't going to put any more dressing because it would overpower the sandwich. The bread tasted and looked like it was 2 or 3 days old, very dry and burt. I live less than half a mile frome this location, but I won't be going back. I'll drive all the way to Gibson and I-25 before I go back to Eubank again.
These two locations are untrained employees and rude don't know what they're doing with an attitude keep your problems at home no good service I recommend not to eat at this place.

They just give your food to however. Waited over an hour and half for delivery and after finding out they closed, called, they said “someone took it.” Are you kidding me? Terrible service and awareness.

Website sucks because it doesn't allow you to use a gift card and put the remaining balance on a credit card (no split payment option). Had to pay in full because we were unable to make it to store. 👎👎👎
