Walked in to find employee talking with a group of friends only to be told she's closed. I looked at my watch and informed the employee it was only 830pm and stating that I thought they closed at 9pm. She got caught and said nothing. After looking at her waiting for a response, which she did not, I said nevermind and left. Terrible service before I could even get started.
Don't order from the app. Almost everytime including my last 3 orders from the app have been wrong. Missing ingredients, wrong bread. The ingredients they do have get put on the wrong sandwiches. Half the time they are out of chips. The only way to get a correct meal is go and order in person
I have a formal complaint about this subway , place an order on the internet got the whole order wrong some young lady called me said did not have nachos Doritos called back the number to tell her to take it off the bill the girl did not know what I was talking about wish it would take care of this problem ,

Basic inventory is not a concept this store grasps. Ordered a good deal of food and then get a phone call to be told that they don’t have wraps. The oven isn’t working and then they can get all the food to me tomorrow which defeats the point of ordering food now and then tells me that they can’t cancel it. I called DoorDash. They can’t cancel it like this is basic stuff and when I called to talk to this subway, whoever the man on the phone that answer the phone is and then said good Lord and then hung up. That is literally like I was telling him the reason why we as a state don’t have a very good reputation because people like that live here and treat people like that like I spent my money there I will never spend my money here again. I don’t know what it is about subways in the state but You guys aren’t it and it’s obvious by all of your reviews. beyond disappointing.
Terrible experience. This has been the second time me and hubby ordered from this location went to pick, came home and realized they made our order all wrong. Today we went back and the guy was very passive aggressive when we told him the girl had made our order wrong. He went to redo it and guesss what…. They were out of most of my order smh. Reading other reviews I guess in this location it is very common. I did know if he was the manager but he was very unprofessional. Honestly if you don’t like making sandwiches or communicating with people then just don’t work there.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I went in to pick up an online order and the woman working told me their system must have messed it up and it was sent to 98th street. She tells me to wait on the side and she’ll call to confirm after she helps the person behind me only to not call and tell me that “there’s nothing she could do” and to “just go pick it up at 98th”. When I arrived at the one on 98th street, mind you, 20 minutes after my order was originally supposed to be placed, they tell me they have received no order and to go back to the one on Vista Oeste. My sister then goes there and asks about the order to only have a different worker tell her that the order was never placed to 98th and they actually shut down the store because nobody was at the store working (why is nobody there at 3:00pm on a Friday??) and so our order never went through the system. They were incredibly rude about it and offered no help in terms of a refund or even remaking the sandwiches and where my sister asked what she should do they told her to “dispute it with her bank” as if it is not on them to correct the issue that THEY started in the first place. Over an hour of my life wasted for them to basically charge me for an order I never even received. Absolutely terrible experience and I would recommend for NO ONE to support this business.
They didn't receive my order from the online pickup despite me having the receipt and was told my only option was to request a refund
Avoid this location. Out of multiple things, unprofessional employees, had to repeat things multiple times, just a terrible experience overall.
Subways quality has declined over the years.
I've been a Subway customer for 30 plus years and I'm going to stop.
I had a meatball sub @ the Unser/Ladera location yesterday and the meatballs were old enough to vote. Service was mediocre at best.
The food is ass as the workers attitudes.

The fact the employees were outside upon arrival and rolled their eyes the moment I was coming In my bad ur at ur place of employment and u have to get off ur butt to work and I ruined ur smoke break 🤮 bet they don’t wash their hands before making the sandwiches 🤢🤮
Unhinged manager tried to fight me during my order, came around the counter and threaten my life.
Ruben and Logan were quick to welcome me and my family in, were friendly, took our orders right away made our 3 sandwiches very quick , checked us out and kept great customer service throughout our whole visit, changed gloves several times, store was very clean love this location behind my house
Such a convenient location but not good service
Update your app! If you’re out of something you shouldn’t be allowed to order it on the app. The bread wasn’t cooked enough, subway cookies are usually the best cookies but at this location no bueno.
