Just went to this subway tonight near my home at 8:27 p.m. because the hours said they close at 9 p.m. Walked in doors open and the employee said we couldn't order because they had to leave at 9:15. Had to go to another subway.

Ordered online, they closed early. I had to email and then was told to call. Got not apology over the phone and the person lied when they closed bc I have a screen shot when I showed up. They said they would give me a refund, and it still hasn't shown up, Everytime I call now they do not answer.

i felt so uncomfortable the guy barley talked to me i heard 3 people tell him no onions on their sandwiches in front of me n he put them on all of the sandwiches including mine and my cousins when i asked him not to my cousin asked for a 6 inch n he tried to make us pay for a foot long which isn’t q big deal but it would’ve just went to waste honestly. he was really rude and the food was cold i asked for my sandwich to be toasted n it wasn’t its just annoying.

We left. Didnt even make it to order. The person "greeting" you was the rudest person I have ever met. Theres a subway on every corner, go pick another one. Coors and Fortuna was great. Asked the greeter his name, refused and said he was the manager. Nov 22 at 12, scraggly beard. Highly recommend ownership gets a new employee, if you want to keep customers.

Roman hands down is the best sandwich artist! He is professional and one thing i got to highlight is his food handling practices which you dont see alot in many other establishments, but he changes gloves constantly, he washes his hands prior to preparing the sub or after handling money and is constantly cleaning! He has a great attitude!

I had the most disturbing experience at a local subway including verbal abuse and food being tampered with by a subway representative. I placed and online order and my teenage son went to pick up as I was home very sick with a cold. When he went to pick up the order, he was harassed by the employees (man and a woman) using foul language and calling him names under their breath and given a very hard time for coming a little earlier than the estimated pickup time. All he did was give them a name and never asked at all if it was even ready he just sat down. He came home very upset like he had done something wrong. As his mom I was upset he had been treated like this. I called to speak to the store directly and I don’t know if he is indeed the manager or owner (he said he was) as he refused to give his name, I only have the location 2115 Vista Oeste NW Suite E, Albuquerque, NM. He refused to even listen before verbally assaulting me and calling me very hateful disgusting things and then he hung up on me. I drove down to the store to speak to this man in person as I was hoping he would show some level of professionalism, but I was met with the same verbal attacks as on the phone. Not for one second was he sorry for treating a kid or woman this way. I promptly returned my sandwich, and I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and any other platforms I can find. I will never in my life order from or patron a Subway again after this experience and I will be sharing my experience with anyone that will listen. This man is a despicable human being with no respect or any compassion or caring and he is giving this company a very bad name. If he is indeed the owner, I would hope that Subway has some kind of code of conduct so people like this don’t represent your company. Beware this location has other terrible reviews, and this seems to be a pattern of abuse at this location. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE.

Placed an online order, ordered 2 different sandwiches, one had 1/2 of the toppings missing on the sandwich bread was dry on top soggy on bottom the other sandwich was supposed to be toasted but was not! I’m confused, read directions it tells you exactly what to do!

Poor customer service and disrespectful staff! I was harassed by staff for picking up my mobile order by being rudely called out and talked down to as they demanded a receipt from my phone to pickup the order! My mother placed the order for me for a nice meal following a gym day. I had to bother her for a copy of the receipt. Trust me I won’t be coming back ever again to this store. TO THE LITTLE J*** WHO WAS WEARING A BLACK POLO, LEARN TO BE POLITE!!!YOU JUST COST YOURSELF A CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE TO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. ADIOS!!!
