Young man up front cashing me out was so rude for no reason. He huffed and got impatient with me and yelled across the way at his coworker. No hello no goodbye no customer service skills at all. I understand when people have bad days but he just has a baaad attitude. I hope he had a better day after that

Absolutely awful customer service. 4 arrogant males working together were so unprofessional, the owner should be embarrassed of the way they behave. Sold me a drink that they didn’t have anymore and then said no refunds. Such dense individuals with zero problem solving skills.

The Staff of the Presbyterian Location at the Hospital was really rude , I work there at the hospital and this lady is always being rude. She always acts like she doesn’t hear when she’s actually got an earphone in her ear. This is the 4th time this has happened. I ordered a couple sandwiches yesterday and she would act like she didn’t hear me. The managers should pay more attention to their employees

They have a phone listed yet you’ll get a busy tone. I let my niece play with my phone and she accidentally place an order . I tried over five times to call to get a refund since I don’t want the order and it was placed by mistake.

Clerk was not friendly plus he went to walk away from register without giving me my sandwich. Very limited chip selection. All but 2 fountain. Drinks were out. Restaurant was very dirty!!

These guys in here are just outstanding. I know they probably don't remember me. But, I've been having a really hard time. Been up days, crying alot. Seeing someone dying is hard. And they don't know what I'm seeing everyday. But the other day, I walked away without my coffee. And yesterday. They kindly took care of me. When your going through something huge, sometime it's the little things that mean the most. Thank you boys🫂

The staff of the Presbyterian location are AMAZING! They understand that a lot of folks getting food there are stressed about their loved one being in the hospital, and they make the visit to their store a very bright spot in what could very well be a very bad day.

The staff is friendly, thoughtful, and compassionate. They make sure your order is exactly what you want. I can't compliment them enough for their work. Thank you, everyone!

Great friendly service. Went 4 days in a row with family in the hospital. Every time they were SO friendly. Quick, ended with a line. So nice to have a fast food option with plenty of fresh vegetables when life is in chaos. Thank you!

This morning on my way to work I stopped by subway to get something to eat to start my day off with energy. The food I chose to get is delicious and was made with great service by “Daniel”. From start to finish his overall service and preparation of the food was WONDERFUL!!! With Daniel there, I’d say morning time through the afternoon is the best time to go!

Lady working gave us the wrong pick up order and proceeded to ignore us when we came back for our correct order. Giving us bad looks and doing anything except assist the other fed up customers in line, who ended up leaving.

Stopped into the subway today, inside presbyterian. It was well... A bit chaotic for the staff. The was a rather large line, with only 2 guys working. They both appear green, 1 wearing his hat kinda sideways. I watched an employee sniff sauce cause they didn't know what sauce they put in a bottle. I got no sauce on my sandwich because of this. Just salt and pepper. Usually this is premixed in a container for a sprinkle ya know. As my wife is in the hospital I glance down at my phone finish a message and then promptly pay for my sandwich, cookie 6pack and soda which was way overpriced at 20 bucks. I get back to her room and the sandwich has so much pepper on it, it's not edible. Ide challenge anyone to eat a sandwich with this much pepper like woah, 2 bites in my lips are on fire. 20 bucks down the drain - pound sand subway
