Yesterday was my first time ordering from sushi roller at Cottonwood Mall.. I ordered a tiger roll it was so good đ I totally recommend this place

Owner has always been friendly and the food has always been top notch. The one star reviews complaining about the language barrier are a bit unfair; sometimes some patience and understanding goes a long way. Definitely recommend.

I got the Tuna Sashimi and Cucumber Rolls.
The tuna was delicious, it was clean and fresh. I've eaten here before and the size they make the sushi is always filling. Thank you!!

Excellent sushi at the mall, itâs a fact. Sushi Roller holds its own ground amongst the dozen+ restaurants in the food court as a premiere sushi roller, in Albuquerque and beyond. I went with their Cottonwood Roll and was not disappointed. Recommend this place to anyone who is able to stop by and likes sushi.

Rude staff
I was behind a lady who was trying to explain that her order was wrong and they played with her like they didn't understand why she was upset nor understood her. However when I ordered they spoke to me and my daughter. Wonât come back after witnessing that and poor lady was out of her money. I offered to purchase something else for her but she kindly declined.
Awful customer service! First of all they speak zero English so when attempting to order my food they couldnât understand me. I asked for something not to be added in my sushi and when I received they they told me they wonât remake it and basically I was SOL, even though I ASKED for it to NOT be included. Then they played def and said they donât understand English. Awful service!!!
Restaurantji Recommends
I have eaten here many times and have seen the owner be rude to several people. The food is usually fresh. On this day the salmon was not tasting fresh. I mentioned it to him and said don't order it anymore. I like sushi so I will gladly go somewhere else. He would have been better if he said, next time will be better. Obviously doesn't need my business. No need.to be rude. Many places around here are less expensive with better food and service.
The guy is very rude, I asked about the size of the roll and the guy goes: âIf youâve ordered before you know, if you donât know donât order.â Ok, I wonât order, but if you run a business you would want to be nicer to your customers. Not push customers away.
