“So today During 12-1pm I came in got my usual Order and They messed it up and I came back at 10:30pm and The MOD Jouane or Jovane Was very kind and Good customer service And fixed my order I brought back and Made it again no problem, he fixed the Day shift’s mistake!!! Him and his crew Are awesome people thank you!!!“

“Better than the average Taco Bell in Albuquerque. Pays attention to customizations on items in app orders. Like extra beans, cheese, onions, red sauce on a bean and cheese burrito. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

“Look. This is easily the best Taco Bell in the area by far. The staff is always friendly and tent to be fast. Most of the time I actually get what I order which I don’t really expect from Taco Bell (that’s part of the experience), But it is near impossible to eat inside because they have 1960s music playing at double speed. I imagine it’s a deterrent to keep the homeless population from hanging out inside, but my god it is awful.“

“I came here for some quick food before work, and this is by far one of the cleanest Taco Bell locations I have ever visited. They made my food right too, which is great of course (you can tell when your crunchwrap has the right stuff put in). I just wish this location was open later, like the one a few minutes away on Coors.“

“I recently visited here, and it was a total win! The female manager was a standout—super friendly, assertive, and jumped in immediately when one of my tacos got left off the order, remaking it fresh with a big smile and no hassle at all. The team was speedy across the board: the cook turned out delicious, spot-on food, and the drive-thru guy kept things cheerful and efficient. This spot’s got that perfect vibe under her watch—reliable, welcoming, and crave-worthy. Five stars for sure!“

“just picked up a mobile order about 20 minutes ago and that mexican pizza actually just cured my 25 year long depression. they put love and whimsy in that damn pizza that i swear i saw jesus himself. whoever made this mexican pizza deserves the most beautiful and loving life filled with laughter and happiness.

i frequent this location after work usually around 1-2am and the crew is always amazing. every person here deserves a raise and i urge Mr.Taco Bell to personally give them $40 an hr. love you guys“

“Used to be the best location in Albuquerque, been a little spotty recently with not missing items from the order and poorly assembled wraps

Vegetarian options: Used to have great Veggie burritos but very limited selection now, and black bean quality is inconsistent sometimes they're drained sometimes they're a wet mess“

“Despite having a low number of employees Sabrina and the team still provided excellent service to everyone who was patiently waiting in line. I live nearby and always have positive experiences at this location. Can we get a few more people to help in the late hours? They could use the back up :)“

“I don’t expect much from fast food places anymore, but THIS PLACE? Outstanding!!!! I wish I’d taken pictures before I demolished half of my Mexican pizza, because it looked photo-ready. It was cut equally, with the ingredients added with care. There was plenty of symmetrical and centered filling and toppings - usually, Taco Bells give me a flat pizza that looks like it was dropped sideways into its box and the toppings jumped in after it. But every bit of my order looked and tasted like it was the ideal example, ready for a professional photo shoot! Even the spicy potato soft tacos were literally perfect. I promise I’m not making this up or exaggerating! Just trying to paint an accurate word picture since I failed to take a real picture. Whoever was working on 3/18 at about 10:30 pm honestly is restoring my faith in humanity. I dare anyone to do a better job than this crew! They were also very friendly and helpful while I was ordering from the drive-thru.“

“I don't know who was working the night of the 30th, but he was awesome. Super friendly, patient, and even labeled all of our burritos?! First time that has even happened, made it 100xs easier to sort out who's food was who's.“

“Service is always prompt at this location, hardly ever is there a line not taken care of. Even during lunch hour rush, the drive thru is moving quickly enough. Food is on par for what you'd expect going to taco bell. I typically use the app when ordering from this location and never have to worry about whether or not my order is correct, they're astute and observant to the requests on every order.“

“Taco bell kills it all over ABQ and this place is no exception. Last time I stopped by it took a minute in the drive through, the person ahead of me had ordered like 4 bags of food(probably because it's super yummy). When I did get my food though, it was so worth it. The drive through person was nice and i always look forward to coming here. Thanks for being awesome.“

“My chalupa was hard as a rock and the rest of my food was cold. I infrequently frequent this place late night because I work after when most places close. I super appreciate that they are open late night but tonight the food was pretty bad. Usually it’s pretty alright, which is what you should expect from Taco Bell. The staff here is great, very respectful and courteous

“Ok this is like any other taco bell and or KFC ! But instead of grown fully mature adults, there are teenagers working the drive up window and that's how it should be. No offense to youngsters you all have to learn!
The last 4 visits ugh no napkins! Some sauce but clearly not rationed to fit the amount of food purchased ! Sporks when necessary!? Oh KFC purchase almost every order should come with utensils! Can't eat my taters without a spoon 🥄! Or spork ! Other than that well , keep working y'all“

“A few years ago when I would eat here it would be terrible service terrible food they could never get my order right and they always had an attitude when I asked for my food to be fresh and to be made a certain way I would get disrespected by the manager and the customer service agent that was working that day I don't understand why you would hire children to do an adult job! Well I did go today and it was a little bit better as far as the quality of the food but the service could still be better stop hiring children to be adults if you are going to hire children you should teach them how to be adults in your business“

“This Taco Bell was completely out of line for serving tacos with absolutely no substance in them at all. If I wanted to eat a shell, I would have went across the street to smith's. And then every tacos was broken and or crushed but still messed up my order. I won't be sending anyone there. I'm disappointed in you guys for the service as well.“
