I get the Cheezy bean & rice burrito with a water. It’s healthy & filling. . . I recommend this place to everyone mostly because of their consistently courteous staff.“

“I went tonight and the night manager Sabrina was working the drive thru windows, she gave me plenty of sauce for my food (I eat like 7 per item lol I know im wierd) yhe tacos tonight were especially full of each ingredient making my food delicious, she gave great customer service and even chit chat with me while I waited. A wonderful experience which I dont see at many fast food restaurants. She was a delight and I left happy and got home to great food. Thanks for hiring people like her who actually care!!“

“I visited the Taco Bell at 3051 Golf Course Rd NW in Albuquerque last Wednesday around 4:20 PM, and the experience was a delight, thanks to the stellar staff. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely welcome. The manager, who I believe was also cooking, was equally warm and even tossed in a free taco, which was such a cool gesture! The whole team was all smiles, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean—a nice bonus. The food was fresh and hit the spot perfectly.
However, I’ve got a bone to pick with the building owner: the central heating and air conditioning desperately need fixing. The employees were visibly freezing, some even wearing coats in the summer heat, which isn’t fair to such a hard-working crew. They didn’t complain, but you could tell they were uncomfortable. If the owner steps up and fixes this, this Taco Bell would be near perfect. Highly recommend for the amazing staff and food, but please, get that HVAC sorted!“

The female manager was a standout—super friendly, assertive, and jumped in immediately when one of my tacos got left off the order, remaking it fresh with a big smile and no hassle at all. “just picked up a mobile order about 20 minutes ago and that mexican pizza actually just cured my 25 year long depression. they put love and whimsy in that damn pizza that i swear i saw jesus himself. whoever made this mexican pizza deserves the most beautiful and loving life filled with laughter and happiness.

“Taco bell kills it all over ABQ and this place is no exception. Last time I stopped by it took a minute in the drive through, the person ahead of me had ordered like 4 bags of food(probably because it's super yummy). When I did get my food though, it was so worth it. The drive through person was nice and i always look forward to coming here. Thanks for being awesome.“

“Typically I come around midnight to 2 in the morning. Everytime it's shiann working the drive through I always get great service and my order is always done right. She is extremely generous and always does a good job. My order is always on point. Definitely should value her work and appreciate the amazing customer service she provides to this place.“

“My chalupa was hard as a rock and the rest of my food was cold. I infrequently frequent this place late night because I work after when most places close. I super appreciate that they are open late night but tonight the food was pretty bad. Usually it’s pretty alright, which is what you should expect from Taco Bell. “Service is always prompt at this location, hardly ever is there a line not taken care of. Even during lunch hour rush, the drive thru is moving quickly enough. Food is on par for what you'd expect going to taco bell. I typically use the app when ordering from this location and never have to worry about whether or not my order is correct, they're astute and observant to the requests on every order.“

“Ok this is like any other taco bell and or KFC ! But instead of grown fully mature adults, there are teenagers working the drive up window and that's how it should be. No offense to youngsters you all have to learn!
The last 4 visits ugh no napkins! Some sauce but clearly not rationed to fit the amount of food purchased ! Sporks when necessary!? Oh KFC purchase almost every order should come with utensils! Can't eat my taters without a spoon 🥄! Or spork ! Other than that well , keep working y'all“

“A few years ago when I would eat here it would be terrible service terrible food they could never get my order right and they always had an attitude when I asked for my food to be fresh and to be made a certain way I would get disrespected by the manager and the customer service agent that was working that day I don't understand why you would hire children to do an adult job! Well I did go today and it was a little bit better as far as the quality of the food but the service could still be better stop hiring children to be adults if you are going to hire children you should teach them how to be adults in your business“

“This Taco Bell was completely out of line for serving tacos with absolutely no substance in them at all. If I wanted to eat a shell, I would have went across the street to smith's. And then every tacos was broken and or crushed but still messed up my order. I won't be sending anyone there. I'm disappointed in you guys for the service as well.“
