After leaving the drive thru with no hot sauce ,no napkins and no fork,, and going back, I drive away again and looked in my bag myand thetes only 1 birthday cake churro after paying close to $4 for it. As I write this I've been on hold for 9:53 seconds. Don't eat here. The manager sets the tone for the whole place. This place is trash and has no respect for your money or time. The Fried Chicken I got was luke warm and the fries were cold and all smooshed together. I'm not normally one to return food, But I certainly wish I would have! Silver lining..., my Dog loved it, of course!!!!..... Should have gotten Tacos instead suppose....

I was in in there this morning and I asked for ice, because they didn't have ice and the lady that I asked. She got all mad at me and started telling me some rude stuff. Talking with someone om her Bluetooth i tried to get their attention, but she didn't hear me because she was on her Bluetooth. And then when I asked her for ice she told me isn't their ice right here and I told her no, if there was ice I I would have got it.And then she got all mad at me, saying her little stuff like she knows taking shit instead of just giving me a cup of ice :(

I always order from uber eats. I spend like at least 30$ just to receive half of my order? i call them & no answer! bad service this is so disappointing!
Ordered off the app with 5.99 delivery fee and received less than half the order. Had to drive to the location. Manager was rude but remade the order to include missing items but "couldn't" refund delivery fee and offered no guidance or assistance on what to do. They did not wear gloves while making the food. (I prayed while eating) Basic reading, comprehension or work ethic evades this particular establishment. If you're not dining in DO NOT EAT HERE. Even then you probably shouldn't.

You call the number that is on line or on the receipt an NO ONE ANSWERS....you keep getting enter ur remote access code an it hangs up on you. Worst Taco Bell in ABQ an they don't even care...the employee don't have any pride in the job they do. Calling corporate....
