every time I order DoorDash it’s a problem. It’s like the employees don’t understand door dash tickets. I order a black bean grilled cheese burrito and they give me a regular burrito with just pinto beans and rice. I rather them cancel the order than waste food sending me something I didn’t order.

Ordered from this place several times and every single time the food has been wrong , dry , old, and no effort was put into it whatsoever. Tonight was the last straw when they gave me chicken instead of steak in my burrito , no cheese, and my quesadilla had no sauce. Food tasted poorly and was small portioned like they didn’t make it correctly.

This Taco Bell/ KFC has the most incompetent workers anywhere! I’ve given them several chances because they’re closest to my house. The kids who work there are rude and don’t care about anything! They constantly mess up my order. On my most recent visit they made us repeat the order twice and we spoke slowly and then they still got it wrong. When I pointed it out to the employee he said we have to go around and reorder our missing items. These employees need more training and the owner of this establishment should step up and fix the issues.
It’s worth going further to go to a different location! This one is awful!

Ordered on Taco Bell app and they forgot tomatoes sour cream and guacamole on the nachos, didn’t put sour cream in any of the 5 taco supremes. Shoot I think they forgot all toppings and meat in the tacos too! See photos. The same burritos but they are different sizes. One drink was so watered down it looked like dirty water. Tried calling the store and they have a recording saying they aren’t available.

The Chicken was weird in my chalupa and instead of 3 burritos that I ordered they wrapped 5 plain tortillas together. This is my sign to never eat Taco Bell 😂

If anyone goes to this location TACO-BELL sadly they don’t add any Meat on the CHICKEN CHALUPA.. just keep in mind all you will eat is a TORTILLA..
This place has the personality of a wall. They ask what you want and that's it. They offer no options or deals. These people literally show up to work to get a paycheck. Glad I went threw drive through. I'm scared to see what it looks like inside. Remeber when they would ask if you wanted original or extra Krispy. Nope not any more. I understand customer can be annoying but when the store really don't give. Crap about there job it's time to start over. The manager at this store literally had an oh well adidtude. Really KFC do better.
