Just ordered it took us 20 min to get our food. The tacos had no meat and what it did had it taste old. And when my wife when to eat her soft taco she bit into something hard. Also the guy at the window was rude I asked before we got out food if he can just add a been burrito he told me no, I won’t go back

Missing items in my food. Called for a refund or something. Like when I worked fast food they’d put your name down or honor the missing item. No come all the way back for a refund making food grow cold as you’d need to bring all the food to replace or refund one item.

This place is by far the worst, the staff is always rude and even more rude when you have to drive back to tell them they forgot half of your order. There has yet to be a time they get everyone's order right
Super stingy with the sauce packets. It's honestly just annoying having to ask for extra sauce packets TWICE because they don't give you enough to start with and then give you 2 when you ask for more(￣ー￣)

I'm a Taco Bell fan. Sure, maybe the food will never receive a Michelin star, but for what it is, it's pretty tasty. This particular location is great to visit because they are often steady. We have never had any problem getting a seat or a long wait in the drive-through. One word of warning is, wear a sweater because the lobby is always so cold, which is nice at first on a hot day, but one you've been sitting for a bit, thr cold catches up to you. The people who work here are nice, the place is always clean and all in all, a favorite location of ours.
Whoever was cooking the food on Tuesday July 9th in the early evening paid no attention to the add ons and take offs. Yet, they still charged for the add ons when they weren't there. The place was not busy during the time I ordered and picked up. These details should not have been missed.
