This taco bell is hit or miss depending on who works there. Some shifts it's very good, some shifts it's terrible (wrong items in order, poor ingredient portioning, etc.) I don't go enough to know what the best times are. Also I get that it's close to i-district but I wish they didn't close the lobby so early.

I usually have decent service from this Taco Bell but unfortunately I got less than favorable service from the only two Taco Bell locations I currently frequent. Which is a pity, as I am generally a very loyal individual and would rather have something good to
say then poopoo on anyone or any establishment. So guys, please be kind to your customers and I'll go back to giving you folks your kudos for what you deserve.

So crazy that now if you pay with card you take your own order. So why don't we get a discount?? I have noticed a lot more places adding a tip button to the questions when you process your card? Ugh why?? Pretty soon when you go buy your groceries at the store there will be a tip button. Now for those who actually earn it by providing excellent customer service bravo, I will be happy to add a tip. But come on, we are already on the clock getting paid to do a job now this...
