Long wait in the drive up. They forgot half of my order and I had to drive back to pick it up because they wouldn’t issue a refund over the phone. When I got there the food had was cold and soggy. Not the first time I have a bad experience here, last time I ordered online for a pick up and I parked in the designated parking space for pick up and called the number and they told me I had to go inside and pick it up. I waited around 20 mins because they had not even started on it.

You all never have anything, I come by everyday and it's the same thing over and over. No, tacos, no tortilla soup, no menudo, the food isn't good anymore, and it's not worth waiting or getting alternatives. How does a Mexican restaurant run out of tacos? How do you run out of Menudo? And don't get me started on the waiting, there's never a line and you all are super slow. Geez, I'm considering just going to food trucks at this point.

I hate to leave such bad reviews but with Taco Cabana, it feels necessary. I've been going consistently on my own and with my partner and the service is always terrible. There's never food, Fridays & Saturday are particularly terrible, we wait over 40 minutes with no line and for the smallest orders. Today we tried grabbing some tacos & tortilla soup, and guess what! THEY DIDNT HAVE IT, DO BETTER TACO CABANA OR YOU WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER FROM YEARS. I would rather take my hard earned money to a chillis or ANYWHERE ELSE.

How convenient that the hours of operations are not listed on the website or on the building itself. I pulled up and parked at eight thirty p m, walked up to the door and the homeless people were like, hey.It's closed.. This is one of the worst locations in albuquerque. The orders are consistently incorrect, the customer service is not up to par with the rest of the locations, and for some reason, this place gets to have its own hours... I'm glad there are better locations here in town.It's an absolute shame that the one that's on my way to work is not one.I can visit. On my next visits to other taco cabana locations, I will voice my concerns with every member of management and not that it will do any good.I will attempt to get a hold of taco cabana corp....

I waited 7 minutes at the speaker and the person behind me was served first. I had a much smaller order. Then I waited 12 more minutes to get the food. The food isn't even good. The beef and chicken tacos I got are cold while the carne adovada is hot?

I have came to this location 3 times around 9 pm and every time they told me they were closed for maintenance or don’t even say anything over the speaker. There isn’t any nite saying they are claws early. They told me they are closing early tonight. They are normally open but it seems this past month they have been doing this.
I ordered online for curbside and when I arrived at the store and parked in the curbside pick up area and called the number that they provide on the sign, A female worker answered and I had let her know that I was there for an online order and her exact words to me was “ Okay and are you coming in to get “ and was hung up on… very very unprofessional and will not be returning after that experience!
