Okay so the food is usually good when I come here and I usually get the same thing I don't understand how my food came out wrong but I ordered my nachos with no beans they put beans on it anyway ended up making me run late for my errands so I had to end up getting a refund instead of being able to enjoy the food like I normally do and the service can definitely be better I think everyone should at least know how to speak English properly to the customers so they can understand what is being said can we work on that please thanks so much

If u only like getting part of ur food then come here or even asking for salsa they act like it’s so hard to give u what u pay for!! Out of the last 5 times 4 had no guacamole or sour cream for quesadillas, then gotta drive all the way back !! After they tell u everything is in there!! No no no

I went this morning to pick up breakfast for my grandson and I.. I guess I should have checked my order I just thought that they would complete it My grandson's breakfast was not in the bag and what I ordered for mine was a total mess I couldn't even figure out what I had ordered it everything was just thrown to the side very disappointed

I used to love coming to eat here. Not anymore. The westside location is the absolute worst location to go to. I will drive across town just to go to another location. From the ridiculously long wait times (I have waited close to 30 minutes on more than one occasion) in the drive thru to constant issues with any delivery orders, missing food, cold food, wrong items sent, to issues when picking up call in orders. Most recently I placed and ordered pick up through doordash. It gave me a specific pick-up time and I even waited an additional 15 minutes to go to the store just to make sure it would be ready and when I got there they had not even begun making the food. I had to then wait more to get my order as they couldn’t cancel it. I ended up not getting my food until almost 40 minutes after the pick up time! I asked to speak with a manager and she basically said it’s a know issue yet they have done nothing about it. Very frustrating. I know working in fast food must be extremely trying but I think it is ridiculous this is the only location I have issues at. I would suggest going somewhere else! I will not be going back to this store again!

I went through the drive through and ordered nachos with jalapeño tonight and when I got home I found out that my nachos had no cheese and no jalapeños! WTH! Kinda service is that!? If u people are too lazy to make people their food the way it’s supposed to be made then go home! I don’t recommend this place at all.

Tonight I went to the drive through at about 10:15pm and I ordered the enchilada plate with no beans extra rice and an order of beef nachos and three street tacos. Well my enchilada plate had beans which I’m allergic too and my street tacos had no salsa and my nachos had no cheese and jalapeños. I know it was late but come on! At least get an order right for people who work late and expect better service and food. Never coming back to this place again!

Kid-friendliness: Took my daughter and she loved it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap spaces and was wheelchair accessible in the entire place which was great because most places are not always accessible in all areas. Thank you.

Giving 3 stars only because the day time staff are wonderful! The night staff are different, rushed ordering at drive thru and does not follow proper instructions. (Super Nachos) had very little ground beef, very little cheese no guacamole or sour cream! Super disappointed 🫤 $15 for a big box of chips basically! Also forgot to give me the quesadilla!
8:39am on a Wednesday morning and I sat in the drive-through for over five minutes and no one responded. So I drove to the first window and there was no one to be seen. I drove to the second window and there was some people milling around, but no one would take my order. Such a shame to lose business these days.

This location is the worst location. I will drive clear across town to go to one of the others. Ridiculously long wait times. And if you treasure your time, money, or sanity, DO NOT order through doordash. The likelihood that you'll arrive and no one will have even started cooking your food is 99%. You will end up waiting 30-40 minutes, IF the staff even acknowledges you. DOOR DASH DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. And if you ask to speak with a manager, I hope it's not Gonzalo Holguin because you will get no professionalism, no apology, no refund, and no food. I feel bad for the employees working with this guy.

We love the food here, except for the fact they charge extra for cheese. This time was no different. Good tasting food. It took a really long time to get our food and we had an event to go to. The cooler was turned up so high that it actually blew our napkins off the table. We had to put them under something. It was very uncomfortable sitting and eating under that.
