This is the 3rd time they have forgotten items on our order, Luis stated they didn't have a general manager, but I told him that I needed to contact someone he said tim, this was at 6:25 pm on 01/20/2025, this is unacceptable last time they forgot our tortillas salsa and queso for our family fajita meal and the guy wanted to make me pay when I went back 15min later thru drive thru accusing me of lying basically. I've been a general manager on food service and worked in food service for 16 years I understand about mistakes but this is literally non stop and the lack of empathy is not ok, fix this please our family loves your food when it's made right!

We ordered the #1 chicken meal with dark meat. It came with beans and Spanish rice. The chicken was cold, dry, and very chewy. My guest had the same thing and of course it was cold, dry, and chewy. Sauces didn’t help either. I loved the music, but we didn’t go there for the music. Someone is not paying attention to quality control. I’ve been to a Taco Cabana in a few locations, but this place really sucked and needs some attention.

I went there for breakfast this morning and nobody came to the front to take my order ?? I waited for about 10 minutes and went to Weck's instead. Smart choice. I won't return to this Taco Cabana

At the taco taco cabana... You will find absolutely delicious dishes that are made fresh every single day. The customer service is consistently wonderful. The structure of this company definitely works.I know so many of the team members.There have been there ten to twenty years. They know me by name.They know my regular orders and it means the world to me that I receive this type of experience. It's almost like, oh wait.Yes, taco.Cabana is a huge part of our community here, and I am grateful for it.
Waited 42 .intestines for my order after paying for two meals. The drive-thru person and another staff member got into a fight that made it's way into the main dining area. The drive thru person pulled out a knife a attacted the other staff members. Crazy! Of course that's the reason for 42 minute wait on my order. Others drove off, but since I already paid. I couldn't. I'll being going to one of the other Taco Cabana locations near me in the future

I've come here 4 times and 3 of those times got the wrong thing, I always ask for a chicken salad bowl and they always do beef instead. The woman at the front the 3 times it was wrong was on her phone/distracted a lot. She was sweet but I imagine she wasn't listening. Other than that good service, clean, nice staff.

Had a great breakfast with family at this location. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed watching the lady make fresh tortillas while we ate our meal. I appreciated that all condiments were readily accessible to guests, and the fresh salsa bar was a fantastic addition on. We would definitely come back.
