The food was the worst Mexican food I've ever tasted I'm hoping if I try another taqueria from New Mexico it will not disappoint I'm from California and the food there is way better shit even chipotle tastes better than whatever it is they gave us the beef tasted weird and the rice as well ... Disappointed I wasted $16 we went through the drive thru

Stopped to get dinner for the family. Prdered a taco salad with *only* meat, lettuce and cheese. Receipt read no tomato, add cheese. I was charged for cheese.
I called the cashier over and clarified. He vanished into the back. I waited there until another employee called him back to the front. I was calm and polite the entire time. Nothing worth getting upset about, right?
He says "I told them." I asked about the extra charge. He asks, "You want a refund?" I said, "Well, yes, because I don't want extra cheese." Manager came up and gave me the refund with the scowl of the century.
When I got to the car I checked it. In the dim light, it looked okay.
I got home and there's extra cheese AND refried beans on it. I hate refried beans. I asked for 3 things to go into the taco salad. So here I am trying to figure out what I will have for dinner while the family enjoys their food. Awesome. Now I'm pissy about it.
I won't be back to that store.

Pretty poor service. Ordered my food and I guess the people in the drive through knew what drink I wanted as I was given one when I drove over. It was a sugary drink so I had to let my kid take it when I got home. Very small portions for the amount paid for the food. Good luck I won’t be back.

Just had some taco's delivered by Doordash. For every taco, they have you choose a salsa. Surprise surprise! When they arrived zero salsa in bag. So disappointed
The manager ignored me as I waited at the counter to order. Laura is the name she gave me. I was at the counter waiting to order when she came from the back to get a drink for the drive thru. Then stood there and talked to a coworker while I waited. When she finally came out I asked why she ignored me. She got very defensive and started yelling at me to leave. The staff has been great but the manager is a bit full of herself. After many years of going to Taco Cabana I'm sorry to say no more fore me.
