Absolutely horrible they keep a low staff I guess just to make more money one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. They pay attention to nobody I want you to sign in but then you stand there for 20 minutes but nobody even looking at you a man actually walked out because he stood so long at the register just trying to pay his bill I would not necessarily call that I eat and – because he literally was trying to pay his bill but being ignored

The mechanical warewashing machine had 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer, and no other effective sanitizer was in use. Knives stored on the magnetic rack were found with food debris buildup. A spray bottle containing degreaser was not properly labeled with its common name. Raw pork and mixed vegetables were found thawing at room temperature on a bus cart. Wiping cloths were improperly used for wiping hands instead of being stored in a sanitizer. A dozen raw eggs were pooled in a cold holding prep table without being reserved for an immediate order or batter. Various ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in refrigerator, including cut vegetables and tofu, lacked required date markings. An employee was observed handling ready-to-eat ingredients like tortillas and bean sprouts with bare hands. The PIC failed to demonstrate knowledge regarding holding temperatures, illnesses, sanitizer levels and thawing procedures. Leaks were observed at the three-compartment sink faucet and from plumbing inside the walk-in refrigerator. The establishment did not have a certified food protection manager on staff. Food employees did not possess valid food handler cards or proof of approved food safety training. Filters were missing from the kitchen hood ventilation system. Bulk bins containing flour, sugar and MSG were not properly identified with labels. Shelving in the walk-in, kitchen and dish area was improperly lined with cardboard and foil. Raw chicken and eggs were stored above chopped produce and whole vegetables in the walk-in refrigerator. Foods were stored on the floor under leaking plumbing, and a fork was stored inside the ice bin. The toilet room door was not tight-fitting and self-closing, or was propped open. Doors leading to the outside were not tight-fitting, allowing light to be visible at the edges. The facility lacked valid test kits to measure chlorine or quaternary ammonium sanitizer concentrations. There was no designated area for employees to eat, drink, or use tobacco products. A light bulb burned out in the hood ventilation system. Temperature-measuring devices were missing or inaccessible in cold holding units. An employee was observed preparing food without a proper hair restraint. Personal drinks were stored improperly on shelving and prep tables in food preparation areas. Hot water in the restrooms was insufficient, measuring only 59 degrees to 64 degrees. An employee failed to wash their hands when switching between raw and ready-to-eat foods and after touching personal items. Debris buildup was found under the stove, prep tables, and cold-holding units. No written notification regarding major food allergens was provided for unpackaged foods. The laminate and tile flooring in the kitchen was deemed not smooth or easily cleanable. The facility did not maintain temperature logs for TCS foods. Calibration logs for temperature-measuring devices were not available.

10/10 — YUM! We went around 6:30 pm on a Friday and were seated right away. The food was absolutely delicious and came out quickly. We’ve been searching for good bao and dumplings in Albuquerque, and this place definitely delivered. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be coming back and will be bringing extended family and friends with us next time!

I had the bao soup dumplings (very good flavor but hard to handle) the Mongolian beef (excellent) the spicy beef noodles (not bad but nothing to write home about) and the sweet bao (excellent).

Delicious!! So good and we can't wait to come back! Incredibly fast service. We loved the soup dumplings, spicy fish fillet, and cabbage. The cabbage in particular was SO good and had so much depth of flavor that we were really trying to figure out how they did it - will definitely be back soon even if just to grab some of that to go.

I ordered braised beef soup and egg rolls. The hand pulled noodles were delicious but the beef pieces were not tender as you would expect of braised meat. The pieces were chewy and gristly and not very pleasant. The broth was flavorful enough but I don't think I'd order this dish again. The egg rolls were decent if a little small. I ordered delivery so I cannot comment on the atmosphere or service.

Go here for delicious hand pulled noodles. Our whole family loves their food… some spicy some not spicy. The xiao long bao was on point and Dan Dan noodles are the best around. In a strip mall but inside is comfortable and welcoming.

Came New Year’s Eve, wonderful service that was quick to help us. I got the dandan noodles and the spice level was just enough to make my lips numb but still finish with no problems. Me and my friend shared the scallion pancakes and they were flaky and chew, absolutely perfect. My friend got the pan fried bao and I was blown away with how soft and chewy they were, and yet still had a crispy bottom. They felt like pillows. If you are looking for authentic, delicious and affordable (only 40$ for both of us) I would highly recommend this place. 10/10.

order delivery :
AWFUL.
Ground chicken balls that are pre-fried and set aside until you order them they toss in the sauce your ordered (orange general tso whatever). I ordered 2 general tso entree received 6-7 GIANT chicken dough balls with what tasted like canned chicken in the middle of it. The sauce was subpar and did not taste like general tso a tiny side of rice not suitable for two entrees for nearly $40 dollars, i called to complain i got talked over and my concerns about false advertising were not heeded. 0/10 i believe a frozen walmart meal is more dignified.

This review is one star because you can’t do zeroes.
Same experience as other review below. On Xmas Day, I put in an order online 4 hours before I wanted to pick it up. It wouldn’t let me pay online, said I would pay at pickup.
I got an email confirmation from restaurant with all the correct details including pick up time. Got there maybe 10 minutes after pick up time, waited in line 15-20 minutes, to be told that they had sent my order back to kitchen, to include in other orders, because I was late!! Who does that???
Then I was told at counter that only IF I paid upfront right then, would they check how much of my order was left and how long before a complete order would be ready. I left at that point.
I’ve never heard anything like this — I ordered dinner online hours before I was going to pick it up. When i arrived, I waited in line over 20 minutes — then leaned THEY DIDNT MAKE THE FOOD!!! THEY TOOK THE ORDER WITH THE TIME THEN MADE ME WAIT WHILE THEY MADE IT. And , get this!! They refused to remove the tip of left when i ordered. Liars and thieves!!!!

Ordered the sichuan spicy chicken off of the chef specials menu (without looking at the main menu), assuming it'd be dry (like the pictures you see when you Google sichuan spicy chicken), but instead it came out in a broth and looked nothing like I expected, and was also cold. There was nothing stating that it'd come out cold, despite the next thing on the menu being described as cold. When it came out they made me feel like an idiot by repeatedly pointing at the DRY Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken on the main menu, stating that if that's what I wanted I should've ordered that instead. I agree that maybe I should've reviewed the entire menu, but they could work on the menu a bit more and add some descriptions to the chef specials menu (and maybe add Sichuan to the dish name for the spicy popcorn chicken).
Despite not liking what I saw, I did give it a try, but the chicken was tough and tasted at least a day old. I asked them to take my dish back (which they did) and I asked if I could maybe order something else, but they simply said no and continued to charge me ($18.95) for it.
