They do NOT put any effort into their food at all. Very bland and watery

The dumplings were ok. The noodles were not good. The fried rice tasted like chlorinated water, and the meat dishes were sketchy. Our waiter was excellent but I won’t be back. Also overpriced.

I kept passing this little restaurant almost daily. I finally tried it. Been here several times already. Dumpings, soups, and fried rice are/has always been good.

I enjoyed my food a lot. Definitely over ordered, the portions are quite large! The pork scallion dumplings were very good. Also enjoyed my black garlic oil ramen. The pan seared bao buns were also good.

Authentic beef noodle soup and pan-fried dumplings made with homemade dough. It was a pleasant surprise during my visit to the area.

Where do I start. This restaurant says it in the name - Tasty Noodles & Dumplings. I have been in search of a tasty and less salty menu for years. Everything I have ordered on the menu is exceptional in presentation and taste. The Sam-sum Dumplings (panfried), Veggie Spring Rolls, Sesame Chicken/hand pulled noodles(Wow!), Pan Fried Baos, General Tso Chicken, Black Garlic Oil Ramen. Wow! Wow! Wow! Every item is made fresh to order and hot. Be warned, don't bite into Dumplings (expect to wait 15 minutes), Rolls and Baos too quickly - if you value your tongue. Without reservation, I give Tasty Noodle & Dumpling my thanks for every meal my family and I have had the privilege of eating at this true to taste restaurant. 5 Stars!

It was disappointing the soup dumplings would bust open when you picked them up and the soup had weird smell to it as well . The meat in the combo fried rice very weird texture , and super oily . The calamari was just plain fried (so breading /seasoning ) with mayo and sauce and small portion for the price.

Amazing AMAZING hidden gem in uptown! Black Garlic noodles with pork were too tier and the xao long bao was perfect with their chili oil sauce! Great service and establishment! 10/10 recommend!

My son loves Chinese food, and this was a great upgrade from the typical fast food joint like Panda Express!
The noodles were made fresh, the food made to order, and our servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was inviting and warm. I recommend you try it and return as often as you crave good quality Chinese food, quality service, and a great place for a relaxing meal.

My sister-in-law ordered food from here for a family Sunday lunch. I got the General Tso's chicken. I'll admit it looked different than I expected, as they seem to use chicken meatballs instead of shredded chicken. However, it was very good. Spicy without being too spicy and properly cooked. They supplied plenty of well cooked rice and enough extra sauce in the container to allow you to add extra spice or not as you please. Overall, good food and I recommend.

Loved this place! I ordered the Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles and the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), along with an unsweetened green tea.

The dan dan noodles came with broth, which I was not expecting, but it worked out great. The broth was subtle and flavorful, with just enough heat to keep things interesting without going over the top. I love spice, but sometimes Szechuan dishes push too much and it takes away from the flavor. This was balanced perfectly.

The soup dumplings were phenomenal. It was my first time trying them, so I cannot compare them to others, but they were tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious.

Green tea was the right choice, refreshing and clean against the richness of the meal. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the Jalapeno Pork Belly during my visit, but I am definitely coming back to try it before I leave Albuquerque.

We visited last weekend for the first time and were blown away. I had read good things but I was still impressed. We had the cucumber salad and the edamame as the appetizers. Both were delicious but the cucumbers in the garlic oil were better than even expected. For entrees we had the braised beef noodle bowl and pan fried pork dumplings. The hand pulled noodles in the bowl were so fresh and delightful, and the broth was flavorful and tasted like it had cooked slowly to develop the flavor. The pan fried dumplings come out with a fried batter on the top as this is part of how they transfer the dish to your table. It’s a fun presentation and these were the best dumplings I’ve had. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable and unfussy. I am excited to visit again soon to try more of their menu.
