Ok, so most Chinese in the US has been Americanized. This place has dishes most people should be familiar with BUT they have a 2nd menu with traditional Chinese dishes & that's what I LOVE. I ordered the simplest of dishes: fish with pickled vegetables soup & it was some of the best soup I've had since thoroughly enjoying Caldo de Mariscos with stingray (asked at the time what all was in it & was told stingray along with muscles, shrimp, etc.) quite a few...

Was in town for the Ballon Fiesta. Discovered this yummy place. We had the xiao long bao which were huge and juicy. The braised beef noodles were delicious! I come from Los Angeles and this is definitely comparable.

Sometimes Wu and Wang post fake reviews for some reason. These people have never even been in the restaurant. They are welcome to come in for a real visit any time. Fake reviews, by the way, can cause legal issues.
