The food was amazing. And the portions were a good size as well. I got the double protein with an extra side of chicken. I do wish there were more veggies though.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and what I found in my meal was shocking. While eating my chicken, I discovered a large industrial staple embedded in it. This isn’t just unacceptable—it’s dangerous. I could have seriously injured myself had I swallowed it. Safety in food preparation is a basic expectation, and this place failed to meet it. I won’t be ordering from here EVER AGAIN! Do not recommend!

The service is very slow as other reviewers have said, but it makes sense because the food is made fresh. The dishes are really good - the teriyaki salmon is my favorite, but the other dishes I tried were good too. The rice was moist and the vegetables were decent. The interior of the restaurant is also very clean. Overall, I would recommend this place as long as you set aside the proper amount of time to wait. It's delicious and well worth it.

I sent &80 on 3 meals and edamame and they still wanted to charge me for teriyaki sauce!

I’ve ordered twice from this place. The first time was pretty good, a packed bowl with properly heated and cooked food. The second time I ordered, the rice was undercooked and it took much longer to make. I’m glad they got special packaging for the sauce, no more spilling! But it does seem the quality has gone down.

Dropped having only chicken breast? That was the saving grace of this place with their horrible wait times. Guess I will find somewhere else

Intended as constructive feedback:

1. One item ordered in the app was not available and didn’t find out until arrived to pick up the order.

2. Very small amount of vegetables included in regular size bowl, asked about it and was told that’s how much it is supposed to have per the manager. Then proceeded to use gloved hand that may have been used at register or elsewhere to drop in a few more undercooked vegetables into the bowl.

Otherwise, the bowl was pretty good.

I went in this evening at 6:30 and our dinner was ready at 6:41 and our bowls were pretty much empty. heardly n9 veggie, rice and we didn't get sauce with it. I'm not very happy with the service.

I will not go back. My wife and I were excited to try a new restaurant. We went in and didn't know what to get so we allowed a woman behind us to order first. After 5 mins we told it'll be a 15 min wait. Mind you we're the only customers at the time.20 mins later,The protein was over cooked. The portions were small and we asked for a refund. The cashier told us she would refund our money which we never got. Teriyaki chicken bowl is better for price and portions

Gross, they served me half a bowl of veggies that I was upcharged for with a piece of salmon that was hard as a rock and not edible, and then tried to convince me to let them remake it after a 20 minute wait. Disappointing because my husband and I were excited to try a new place. Very bad. And they aid they refunded me and it never happened! I want my money back for the food I did not touch
