Disappointed. I paid almost $45 for a steak bowl, egg roll, and pot stickers via GrubHub. no utensil or sauces came in my bag. the appetizers were cold and 2 of the pot stickers were stuck to the bottom of the bag. Do better.

Love their food but we just got completely wrong food for a pickup order. We ordered a side of steak and it was $10 and left out of the order. Paid extra for all broccoli and it was not done. Tried calling the phone and as usual, no answer. I need a refund!

Bad service ordered my food at 6:13 took my time and it says pick up ready at 645 I showed at at 645 and they said they were still working on it and tried not giving me my drink when I ordered a combo with a meal. Very poor service.Edit: my chicken is completely burnt and tasted absolutely horrible.Edit edit: I called the store to complain about the chicken being burnt and was asked to send her a picture of the burnt chicken then proceeded to tell me it was char not burnt I've attached the txt message. I will not be returning to this establishment at all.

Did door dash. Excellent overall. We need to keep the good reviews up. Too many negative moody reviews closes restaurants. Too many entitled people in this world. Enjoy!

Very poor service. my chicken is completely burnt and tasted absolutely horrible. I did call them to complain about the chicken being burnt and she said it's just char when the whole thing tastes like burnt chicken. I won't be returning to this establishment after my experience today.

Seeing as how the establish is running I'm not surprised if it fails in a few months. Seeing new faces every week sounds like it's a management issue. The food is as okay as it can be, nothing the burnout in the employees I don't blame them. I've been there a few times and have noticed the owner sitting there on her computer and then yelling at the staff, I'm surprised no one has harmed her. I feel for the employees but don't feel bad for that wicked witch of an owner. If anyone sees this just try to avoid that hell hole

I really like this place. Good food!Having Japanese fusion at this price level is great. There are not many Japanese options in Albuquerque and those that do exist are more traditional restaurants with waitresses and waiters and the extra overhead.Teriyaki Madness does a good job at serving a premium selection without the commitment of sitting down for an hour and a half. I hope they open more.

Food was excellent and worth the wait. People have gotten too used to “fast” food…great things take time! I’ve been twice and I will return!

Ordered at 6 PM for a 7 PM pickup. The app said my order was ready but when I went in at 7 PM to pick it up, I was told it would be, “a few minutes.” After waiting 25 minutes in the store after my scheduled pickup time, we cancelled our order and ended up leaving with nothing. Horrible customer service.Additionally, we observed improper food handling by the staff including a woman with long hair that was not tied up and dragging across food prep areas. Another staff member was wearing gloves to operate the register that they then used to touch food directly. This was all in direct view of the crowded dining area filled with others waiting for their orders, too.Lots of potential, but the staff and management at this location desperately need to be trained in proper food hygiene, time management, and customer service.Stay far, far away.

I was excited that Albuquerque had a TM as I loved them when I was in Colorado. Unfortunately, the experience and customer service they had in CO did not follow. Rice was undercooked and portions were small. Staff was not friendly and became argumentative with almost all customers.

The food is amazing but the staff and owner have no respect for their customers. They got my order wrong and let alone waited for 60+ minutes for two bowls. People who got there after me with a larger order got priority and after asking how long it would be THE OWNER mentioned “you didn’t order anything” I had to show her my receipt after she had already knew I was waiting there.Upon calling to make things right, they kept saying the manager is not available, the owner did not want to provide her name and the staff are the mostly ghetto kids.Reported to the business bureau hopefully it gets shut down. Worst place, won’t be back!!
