Why wasn’t the flags at half staff on 9/11/2025 for 9/11 and Charlie Kirk assassination?

Unsure what to expect initially as it is a family steakhouse chain. On arrival, it was quite busy, but we were able to be seated in three minutes when they estimated 5 to 10. It may be that we just come from an expensive area but the prices here seem very diner friendly. First, you get a bag of peanuts and four rolls while you’re deciding what you want. There are five dollar drinks that are available all day. The server was extremely nice, friendly and checked on us multiple times. I decided on a burger and my spouse got the 20 oz bone in ribeye. Incredible that it only cost $30. The steak was perfectly cooked to our medium rare request throughout as was the hamburger. Steak did not have gristle and was incredibly tender. Steak this good in Seattle would cost $75 minimum. At the end of the meal, we had plenty to take home and were totally stuffed. Too bad there are no branches in our neck of the woods.

Good place to eat in a pinch and never disappoints....always busy but always worth the wait....get your steak Pittsburgh style with garlic butter....

Had a surprise bday party for my 40th that my husband planned and it was a party of 15, because it was my favorite place. They are not accommodating of large parties. You can’t put it down as a reservation and have to call the day of. My husband was hoping that everyone could be seated so when he walked me in it could be a big surprise especially with people coming in from out of town. The people he dealt with about it had no care or concern about such a party and didn’t want to accommodate in any way. He wanted to change to Long Horn Steak house but I didn’t know this was a surprise and thought it was just 4 of us and I was set on Texas Roadhouse. So he had to stick with it. Then they put us in the worst spot. I have added a photo for that. It was right where the ramp is to the higher level and it was cramped, with the waiting staff walking back and forth with the trays, almost spilling one on my mom, who’s seat was almost on the ramp. Seeing how my husband was treated and where our party was put, this is no longer our favorite place. It’s sad to see there was no customer service to go above and beyond for a large party. This is absolutely disappointing to know they didn’t want to help make someone’s birthday a special one. And when my cake was brought out, you could tell it was not put in a refrigerator. It was whipped icing and it was warm and starting to come away from the cake. You can see in the photo the cake was buckling. Plus it being warm was obvious that it was left out. We won’t be coming back for any occasion. The only plus was our waitress and waiter who were so nice and great at getting us served and taken care of.

Love the food. One of our favorite places to eat. But dinner is family and friend time. You shouldn't to talk so loud at your table to be heard over the music. I love music but not so loud while eating and visiting.

Always seems to be loud. Not good for a date where one wants to talk to the other person. Food is great though.

It for me none of my family members were happy with their meals. But was packed with Customers so most ppl like it.

Like always the music is to loud.could not even hear the people across the table. And the cooks did not read the order every well.

Food was excellent and huge portions. I had ribs which I will definitely come back for. I was in a group but we sat 4 to a table

Great service got sat quickly and got food out right away. I highly don’t recommend the roadkill option on the menu it tastes exactly like it sounds like😂 but from other experiences here I’ve always enjoyed the food and the bread that comes out with it to start.

Fries were way too salty. Daughter would not eat them and wife complained of the high salt in her fried steak. It's good just say no salt then add if you need salt 🧂

The way we were treated tonight was HORRIBLE. Beyond disappointing.. the manager who was on duty an older gentleman was extremely disrespectful to us. And was yelling at customers. Very unprossesional. There was almost a two hour wait when we arrive. We almost ended up leaving because of this managers terrible attitude. If we weren't so hungry we definitely would have left. We won't be back after this experience which is unfortunate beacuse the food is always good.
