While the staff at The Human Bean is always so nice, I was disappointed with the lattes. I tried them a few times, but they tasted like a mix of coffee and cream, not a rich latte. The ordering setup with the menu blocked by the employee was also a little challenging. I love supporting local business but will probably look elsewhere for a better espresso drink.

We stopped by for the first time today and had a great experience. We walked up to the window and the person who helped us (wish I would have gotten her name) was so helpful and gave us drink suggestions which were amazing. She was so kind and offered our son a sticker for his upcoming birthday. We saw a TikTok video about giving out small Jesus figurines which was what drew us to visit. Although it’s across town for us we will definitely be back!
This place is my go-to coffee shop and for good reason. The drinks are consistently delicious- no matter what my order consists. The employees are amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer service and making your day better—every time I go, I’m greeted with a smile and positive energy. The drive-thru is super efficient, and I never feel rushed even when it’s busy. If you’re in the area and haven’t stopped by yet, you’re seriously missing out. The Human Bean is more than just coffee—it’s a whole vibe. ☕️❤️

They are always so helpful and nice. Always happy! In addition to great customer service their beverages are very tasty. The granitas are so much better than any other frozen coffee beverages from other coffee shops. I love The Human Bean

Stopped by Human Bean and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. They had a lot of drink options to choose from, which was great, and the prices were definitely reasonable. I tried the iced tea—it was just okay, not my favorite, but everything else made up for it. I’d come back to try something different next time!
