I had the hatch green chili shrimp bowl. It was fresh, unique, fun to eat, spicy, balanced, and incredibly delicious. I came to Albuquerque to eat queso and tacos, and I ate so much delicious Southwestern food......... but I am still thinking about how damn good this random lunchtime poke bowl was hours later. It surprised me. This place slaps 😂
Good location in Sawmill very trendy & instagrammable. Whole place was relaxed and comfortable. The poke bowl, however, their best seller, with forbidden rice option, was horrible. The rice tasted old, hard, brittle to the tongue, the sauce terribly sour. The tuna was fresh as well as other ingredients but overall it was disappointing, just picked the tuna and edamame, and threw the bowl away. What a waste after paying a hefty sum. I had better poke bowl experience in Honolulu...
