the drink i got here was not as good as the location i usually go to.

Went for my brother’s birthday and the girl at the front was rude to my family and the guests. Plus the place smelled like a damn nail salon, not a good combo with a paint shop and a dessert place

Phenomenal business.. friendly staff and wonderful flavors. Very clean. Fun games for kids and the family to play and they are attached to Chatter Paint which is amazing! 🤩

Girl at front counter was super rude, didn’t want help me and tried up charging me because I asked her to add more than a drizzle of chocolate to the Dubai strawberries. Every other location has much friendlier staff.

The two times I’ve been to this location the service has been ABYSMAL. Slow when it’s not busy and the workers have been rude. This time there was a group of random kids and a man filming. I watched as the worker “taught” the kids how to make the Dubai Chocolate. I noticed that the kids DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS and DID NOT PUT GLOVES ON! I was absolutely flabbergasted to see that the kids were making another costumers order. The man who’s order it was said something like “it’s gross to have people making these without gloves” and the worker said nothing and the kids snickered and the man filming said “it’s too late now.” Horrible experience and icky to see paying costumers food being made unhygienically for content.

I write this review with some hesitation.However it needs to be written. I went here specifically to get dubai chocolate covers strawberries with which I had a previous amazing experience; however today after I ordered, the worker that prepared and handed me the food apologized for walking slow. When I asked if everything was okay, she responded that she was in pain from hemorrhoids. I'm saving.I am not trying to publicly shame this person but it is not an appropriate comment to tell customers while you hand them their food you just prepared.

The kid working was super friendly and offered me a sample. The ice cream was packed with flavor, and the melted chocolate they used to dip it was so good, rich and delicious! I also accidentally left my designer glasses behind, called them, and they had kindly saved them for me. Thank you so much!

Obviously it was so tasty but the customer service was also great!!

Large Dubai Chocolate worth the 20 bucks here.

Went to Tramway Paleta bar and they are asking $5 more for it and it’s not nearly made as well or good as it is at this location.

This is such and great spot. Went for a girls night enjoyed the snacks and especially the young lady lala that helped us make it such a great experience. I'll be taking others by. Keep up the great work lala and team mates.

I order a mangonda with a paleta and they did it wrong they didn't blend it was supposed to be blended and i told her and she said no deff not coming here again

I ordered Hot Cheetos with Cheese, they offered me to add elote I said yes and the they lady helping me laughs because she didn’t turn on the machine, I told her it’s fine the she takes a cup with cheese to the back comes back gives me my chips. When I first walked in I asked her are you open she said yes. When I get to my office is only 3 minutes away. The cheese is ice cold! I attempted to call them a couple of time no answer to let them know. Will not be returning to this location!
