Pictured is The Bird (forefront of first pic) and the Tortilla Burger (2nd pic). I ordered The Bird with fried chicken which had wonderful texture—crispy and not greasy at all. However, I think the sandwich overall was a bit dry and could’ve used more sauce to help bring more flavor. I ended up putting the jalapeño slices which were served on the side into the sandwich and it added something bright which was really delicious. I also enjoyed the new pickles on my plate. The crisps were not my thing but they’re light, airy and definitely unique. Service was very friendly and there’s lots of seating options, both inside and outside.

Flat sodas, food was way too expensive for its quality.

Cocktails were seasonal and well balanced. Had the grilled trout and tuna wontons. Was delicious and fresh. The menu has changed a few times, which I love having variety. I feel like I need to try what’s new or on special everytime so I don’t miss out. Had to get the cranberry gingerbread cheese cake to go. Tasted just like Christmas. I want to go back to try the tamales, Tis the season after all.Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian

I freakin love this place. Sweet location, especially adorable front patio, and AWESOME beer and spirits (all their own). I particularly love the wine-barrel aged gin in a martini with an orange twist. And I’m always glad for a 20oz pint option. Staff is great too xxxx

Inventive new menu. Fabulous entries! Great cocktails. Creative. Complex. Delicious. Brisket enchiladadas were fantastic...in a town with hundreds of enchilada choices. Come here for this! Also inventive blue cheese polenta cake. Amazing. The desserts were the only slight slip but still worthy of 4 for flavor. Bread pudding was inventive but slightly dry. Could have used a bit more of the delicious caramel.

Beer was good and the establishment was fine, great location in old town. Food was great but a bit expensive for the amount of food received. Will have to try the cocktails next time.

Would have liked to try the drinks. Came in and sat at the bar. Two servers were there and never even greeted us, then they went outside to wait tables and were clearly not able to handle it. We continued to sit for nearly 15 minutes with no staff at the bar. We left.

Surprising amazing find. We just landed in Albuquerque and needed food. Someone said this place had a great chef- so true!! Beautiful entrees that also deliver exceptional flavor! Theblue cheese polenta cake with bone- in chicken was a surprise and delicious. Enchiladas delivered big flavor in a town full of similar cuisine. Fun and easy service. Laid back atmosphere ( late lunch and dog friendly place) with a sweet outdoor Cafe. Definitely returning for music and more food. And the cocktails! Kelly is a master. None of that watered down stuff- drinks with a strong alcoholic punch while delivering complexity of flavors. Win win.

We enjoyed watching the Honky Tonk Juke Box at the taproom. They have a small outside area which is quite nice to enjoy bands. We had a margarita which was delicious! They have some beers which my husband and I had the last time we were here and enjoyed but their selection changes often. We didn't try the food but they have someone new providing food; it's no longer the Asian fusion food which was supposed to have been great. We will definitely be back but it would be nice if the taproom would show upcoming entertainment on their website; it seems a bit hit and miss when entertainment is there and not an easy way to find out.
