Sweet little spot with impeccable food. I love this place and the employees. Super friendly and super clean. The patio is perfect in the summer morning to relax decompress and enjoy a top notch brunch. Lunch is is also a special treat. They have a rewards program so you get credit each visit for more visits. Smart and lucky for me in my neighborhood. Super quiet and priced perfect. I highly recommend this spot. There is also beer and wine available if you are curious and happy hour specials. So get up get out and come see this sweet, happy, friendly spot. Oh follow them on Instagram they also have performers on occasion. Be in the know and leave your own review so it stays here and more people get curious.

Cute logo, good location yet broken espresso machine--fiddlesticks! Not impressed with their fresh brew... bitter and tasted old. Requested steamed cream yet received steamed milk--as if I wouldn't know the difference. Apparently their waffle maker has been broken for quite some time which is also a miss... All in all, total disappointment. We won't be back.

Never order food from this place, the delivery guy ( who was supposed to be the woman in the car) was screaming at her in the car and then banging on my door. I asked him to leave it outside the door ( So he would just leave.) I called the company , they said " just open the door and take the delivery." I contested the delivery, took photos through my security door. Three little birds charged me for food I never received. DO NOT ORDER food from this establishment.

The birds are singing about the totally yummy paninis here! Their potato salad with bits of potato skins & bacon was yumm-o. They offer a cute lil covered patio with flowers for decor. Can't wait to go back to try dessert & coffee!
