The service here was so horrible My husband went to pick up our order they gave him the wrong order and had a bad attitude about it. Will never go here again!

They added some sweetener or fructose juice, and they use fruits with chemicals and pesticides. No bueno!!!

I ordered the peanut paradise with whey protein. It was very watery and not thick and more frozen the way they usually are. I drank about half of it and had to throw it away. It has made me sick to my stomach. I feel like I need to vomit. The workers either made it wrong or used bad ingredients. It’s a shame a really like the smoothie from you guys.

Every time i come here they take sooooo long. Why am i waiting 10 minutes for 2 smoothies. There’s only 2 ppl on a sunday. Poor thing. You guys need to hire more ppl or pay them better so they want to work more. Not going anymore. prolly will go to keva

Went to go get a smoothie today at 1:50pm, the man at register is so incompetent and looked like he was on drugs, poor service, did not make my chia banana boost smoothie correctly, asked for strawberry’s in the smoothie that were not added, on top of that the smoothie was a frosty, very watery and no flavor to it at all, definitely two thumbs ???? down will not being going back here to get a smoothie. Save your money!

If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Don't go there unless you have half an hour to wait in a drive-thru line because lobby is never open. But if you decide to stay, you will also be treated to the worst customer service. This was not the first time, but never again!

Unprofessional and bad customer service

I’m a dasher and got the worst service ever had 3 employees pass me and the one that was taking whatever outside they ask him to help well one was just sitting there lost retrain your workers I will not except any door dash from this location EVER!!!!!! Just a heads up for the manager on duty today I’ve already called corporate and I’ve called DoorDash and reported your store so no worries about me showing up at that location ever again I asked to be removed from ever getting orders from this location. I had customers cheering me on, after defending myself against the manager on duty, she is a white female with glasses. None of the employees had no name tags on one. Customer had order her smoothie and whatever else online, and she was very upset that it still wasn’t ready and was barely being made when she got there , I did have those customers cheering me on because they were not happy with the service and how I was being talked to by the manager I did not appreciate the manager on duty, threatening me. I will be making a police report online. This kind of behavior is also called a safety Concern when a Dasher is reporting a restaurant. I’m very concerned for my safety at this location, especially with the manager getting aggressive the way she did.

My first & last I get something fr here. The kale & apple slaw I ordered as a side had no apples in it, just plain kale wit sauce. Let alone, the chicken pesto was poorly done too. ??????

Got a salad and was told I was lying about my dressing not being in there, told the guy at the window and he laughed with the other teenager, the problem with this place is there’s no actual adults running this place.Never coming back.

Genuinely so bummed to make this review. I’ve tried to get a smoothie from this place at least five times and it has never ONCE been an enjoyable interaction. I genuinely cannot explain how unprofessional this place is EVERY single time I go. I could go on my 30 min lunch break, order one smoothie, and still not make it back on time despite working ~2 mins away from this location. And this is not a one time thing. It is EVERY SINGLE TIME i go. Don’t show up unless you have 45 mins to wait on a single smoothie with no one else in the queue. They have a tip jar for the employees speeding tickets, and the lobby is hardly ever open. Sometimes they’ll just completely be closed with no rhyme or reason within business hours within business days. I’m so legitimately annoyed with this location and it’s workers. Terrible all the way around. I just want to be able to get a smoothie in a reasonable amount of time. Do better.

The last few times I came here the place has been run by three thuggish teenagers and they either “don’t have gloves” to make the smoothie or just just tell me to go use the drive thru to order. I can tell they obviously hate their job and don’t wanna be there.
Where’s the management in this place? These kids should be fired.
