It's been a long time since we've visited Albuquerque and decided to go back to Tucano. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon so not a busy time of day. The salad bar was a mess and a few things not stocked like mashed potatoes, bread, collard greens, etc. The bathroom was a little messy too. What I love the most are the portion sizes of the meat, they’re just right for me to be able to try lots of different meats without filling up quickly, plus the buffet bar is stocked with a variety of delicious foods!
This place has completely turned around from a few years back. I can tell the managers now really care about the quality of service and customer service. I really enjoy dining here, the food is great, the service is great, and i appreciate the management team checking in with people to make sure they are having a great experience.
