The food is amazing, I’m such a fan of Pho and this is the perfect place to enjoy it! Waitresses were kind and knowledgeable the only few things is that the mango shake/smoothie tasted more like Papaya instead of Mango and the Egg rolls we felt them way too small. But besides that, we loved the decoration and the great food along with the great service!

7-14-25 - update. Her have eaten here 5 times in the last year +, but continues to be mediocre. Tonight we had the #56 and #62. It hardly had any meat at all. Disappointing. We are probably done. We now eat Vietnamese at Pho Kup at Tincan Alley. The chicken spring rolls are way better, so is the pho…but their menu is limited….we won’t be back to Viet Taste.

2-28-24 - update. Since COVID, food and service has been marginal. We’ve tried to give them time to recover, but we eat there 2-3 times a month, and they just seem to be limping along on food quality and consistency. Some of the servers are great. Most are marginal and indifferent. Tonight we did carry out. We ordered our usuals - #62 chicken, # 56 pork, and chicken spring rolls. They gave us enough peanut sauce for 1/2 of 1 roll. Barely any fish sauce and very little pork in the #56, and the #62 looked like a half order. No chicken in the chicken spring rolls. Very disappointing. We’ll probably try again some time perhaps, but we will never do carry out again.

The food had no flavour, I guess that's why they had so many sauces on the table which I used but it was disappointing, probably won't go back.

I loved this place! The food is delicious and super authentic.
The prices are very fair,
and the service is friendly and fast.

As a Vietnamese person, the Bun Bo Hue and the spring rolls were DISAPPOINTING. No cha? No onion? No green onion? The broth doesn't taste right - it's not rich nor flavorful. Also why are the toppings similar to pho toppings?

Went there for first (and last)
time and ordered a spring roll, which was tasteless. I couldn't dip it in the sauce because with each bite, it just fell apart. I ordered the papaya salad, and for me, it was horrible. I thought I was getting a salad with pieces of papaya and chunks of chicken and that's not what I got at all. The Papaya juice made it all watery and I guess what was shredded cabbage with shredded carrots? I had to chew each mouthful for almost 10 minutes! Tnere were slices of what tasted and looked like some kind of cheap tasteless deli chicken breast meat. I didn't even finish it. Their noodle bowls LOOKED good, but honestly I'm never going back there again
