The service is excellent, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The prices are reasonable given the quality of the food. If you’re craving delicious pho, Pho Linh is the place to go! The service was great!
My husband got the Catfish and I got the Spicy Beef Pho.
The catfish was absolutely delicious! We will be ordering it again next time. The Pho was also good. It wasn't the best I've tasted, but satisfied my craving.
We also ordered Spring rolls. These came with a peanut butter tasting dip which was surprisingly good.
Our only complaint is the drinks
I got the Pickled Plum soda to try it. The flavor was salty and sweet. A little too overwhelming for me, and it wasn't carbonated. I think the carbonation would have been a good addition, so that was a bit sad.
They only had canned sodas.
The price per drink, especially since most do not give free refills, is just insane. We paid $5-6 for a single drink, which was a canned sodas and the Plum Soda. I can understand the high price of the soda was prepared in restaurant, but I'm unsure about that.
Overall, we paid about $20 per person. We will be back! We did enjoy ourselves.“

“LIME has been my favorite PHO restaurant for several years. Exceptional PHO, excellent service, good pricing, My wife and I have dates here, and she takes many friends here.
Excellent Fried Tofu, delicious Hoisin, Dinner dishes (Rice, chicken, beef) other than PHO.

“Authentic. Try their wonton egg noodle, grilled porkchop, and of course their Pho. Thank me later. By the way, this is Saigon 3. The one in Rio Rancho is Saigon 2 and the one in the northeast is Saigon 1.“

“I love it. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, the name is easy to remember and there's a two page menu. Bugs me going through a 10 page menu with 10 items listed 100 times. we order their spring rolls on our way to Costco. They make them right in front of you. Tasty and delicious an at eight dollars and several options, This is a great alternative to grabbing a burger on the way home to Edgewood.“

“The food is amazing, I’m such a fan of Pho and this is the perfect place to enjoy it! Waitresses were kind and knowledgeable the only few things is that the mango shake/smoothie tasted more like Papaya instead of Mango and the Egg rolls we felt them way too small. But besides that, we loved the decoration and the great food along with the great service!“

“My co-workers and I ordered Coda for lunch and had it delivered. It was my first time having Coda bakery, and it was delicious. The prices are totally reasonable for what you get and everything was fresh. I look forward to trying something new next time.“

“Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.“

“We have gone several times and we love everything about this restaurant from the atmosphere when we walk in, to the friendly smiles we get, to the absolutely amazing food. “Ordered P10, Pho Dac Biet. Portion size not as big as I thought for the price and was slightly disappointed with the lack of variety of meats usually seen in combination pho, would’ve liked more tripe and tendon. Still a solid pho. Clean store environment with nice air conditioning and lots of parking outside.“

“The food and service here is constantly great. I always opt for the rice noodle combination bowl with chicken and beef -always made fresh and my partner will get a rare beef pho. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and sweetened just right too. It’s a hidden gem just outside Corrales.“

“If you really want Vietnamese food with truly authentic taste, you have to come try this place. Honestly, they have the best food in town, maybe even the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I’m super picky eater, especially with Vietnamese dishes, but I have to give this place a solid 5 stars. I actually drive two hours every week just to eat here. The PHO is always perfect, and the wonton and noodle soup is absolutely amazing. And you have to try the Happy Cake, it’s like a Vietnamese pizza—crispy and packed with flavor.“
