“My Vietnamese mom has been taking me here ever since they opened and it’s always been so good that I have brought friends, coworkers and my partner. The staff is always so sweet and the food is amazing. Our waitress literally ran to my car as I was leaving to return a single dollar that I accidentally dropped and I didn’t even realize. Sweetest people ever“

“The food was very fresh and the portions were big! On the day we were there, they were understaffed. My pho was swerved without the garnishes (no basil, no jalapeño, no sauces) and our appetizers were served without little plates. Our drinks came to the table after we were finished eating. We were also seated at a table parallel to a wall of windows and I could not see my friends’ faces because the were backlit by bright window light. The food was fresh and good, though.“

“A clean and cozy spot.
The service was great!
My husband got the Catfish and I got the Spicy Beef Pho.
The catfish was absolutely delicious! We will be ordering it again next time. The Pho was also good. It wasn't the best I've tasted, but satisfied my craving.
We also ordered Spring rolls. These came with a peanut butter tasting dip which was surprisingly good.
Our only complaint is the drinks
I got the Pickled Plum soda to try it. The flavor was salty and sweet. A little too overwhelming for me, and it wasn't carbonated. I think the carbonation would have been a good addition, so that was a bit sad.
They only had canned sodas.
The price per drink, especially since most do not give free refills, is just insane. We paid $5-6 for a single drink, which was a canned sodas and the Plum Soda. I can understand the high price of the soda was prepared in restaurant, but I'm unsure about that.
Overall, we paid about $20 per person. We will be back! We did enjoy ourselves.“

“I recently dined at Saigon restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding service and delectable soups. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, making me feel welcomed and attended to throughout the meal. Moreover, the soups were a true highlight of the meal, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients that left me craving more. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese cuisine or simply looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend Saigon restaurant for their impeccable service and mouthwatering soups.“

“I wish I could give 2000 Vietnam Restaurant an even higher rating. Probably the best restaurant I've been to here in Albuquerque. Don't let the exterior fool you, this place shows you that it's what's inside that counts. The interior is surprisingly nice, the food was amazingly delicious and fresh, and I will definitely be back.
Shrimp & pork spring rolls were great. Stuffed to the brim.
Wonton soup was the perfect size at "small." Wontons were so delicious and the broth was incredible.
The watermelon shake was amazingly good. So light and fresh-tasting. Way better than anything similar I've tried.
Plus, prices were very reasonable. More than enough room to leave a good tip!“

“Some of my favorite sandwiches in the city and the noodles are great as well. My pick for lunch in the heights or if you work on base.“

“Authentic. Try their wonton egg noodle, grilled porkchop, and of course their Pho. Thank me later. By the way, this is Saigon 3. The one in Rio Rancho is Saigon 2 and the one in the northeast is Saigon 1.“

“Good pho, loved the lemongrass broth. Summer rolls good. Some of the lettuce was bitter (need to fix that). Peanut sauce good but no peanut bits. It's literally across the drive from the Hampton inn. So easy, fast, can eat outdoors, nice lady taking orders.“

“Delicious foods, generous portions, warm service. I love their new location!
I would like to see recycling and compost bins. They are using perhaps 70% recyclables but no bins to separate your waste. I would like to see a tri-separted waste bin for garbage, recycling, and compost.“

“This place is such a hidden gem! The atmosphere is so beautiful, like you're stepping into a 5 star place! It really took me back with how lovely it was inside despite its location. The service was so fast from when we order to when the food got to us. It was just two of us with pho so I don't know about the other times for the other food. I think the food portions are great for the prices!“

“I got the 48 (rare beef and brisket pho). The pho was well prepared and the broth was quite tasty, but I would have preferred a larger portion for the price (I got a "large", it was just under $14 for the bowl before tip), the extra large was $16.95 before tax or tip, and am glad I didn't order it with such a gap in price between the 2 sizes considering that their "large" was what I'd call a medium at best.
Still, it was tasty and fast, the service was gracious and the atmosphere was mellow.“

“I used to go to Saigon Far East years ago when it was located on Kathryn and San Pedro. It wasn't until more recently that they had relocated and renamed it Saigon City. The food is as delicious as I remember, and the lady is still super friendly. The location is also much more bright and welcoming. I definitely recommend It for a comforting Vietnamese meal.“

“Came here with a friend and it was our first time trying pho. It was so delicious and flavorful. My friend and I left very satisfied; the menu was perfect for my friend since she has celiac. The worker was so professional and friendly. I will definitely come here again despite living in the east side. I most definitely will travel 25 min to eat there!“

“I have been to 20+ vietnamese spots around ABQ over the last decade. DaLat is by far the best in town. Broth has the most flavor, papaya salad full of flavor. Sandwich on point, crepe and patter some my family's favorites. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. Family run by great people.“
