Our reservation specifically said it was for a birthday and we wanted a nice table and neither was acknowledged not once through the night. The food was good, but the service was so so. We waited constantly for our server to come . happy birthday was never said or acknowledged.
I am a bartender, and I've worked in food service for over 5 years. I almost always leave over 20%. Even if a server does the bare minimum, I will leave 20%. I have never left a tip under 20% before in my entire life until this awful experience. Greeted after 8 minutes of waiting. By the time the server showed up we had already picked out entrees, drinks, and desserts. Waters sat empty on the table for almost 10 minutes while we waited for drinks. The Sassy Rax was awful. Didn't detect a hint of absinthe, which is the most important component of the drink. Had the waitress come to check on us after the drinks arrived I would have sent it back, and got something else, or at least requested a bit of absinthe to fix it. Unfortunately, she did not. The other drinks were okay, but it's hard to mess up a dirty martini; the cherry vanilla old fashioned tasted like a normal old fashioned, which is also hard to mess up. About 5 minutes after the drinks came, the entrees hit the table. They were brought by someone else. It is not uncommon to have food-runners bring food to the table, but as a server the bare minimum you can do is check to make sure everything came out correctly. Had the server come I would have informed her that my food was frigid, not even luke warm. Again, she did not return to the table, so I ate cold food with an empty water glass. The food was just okay. Had it been hot, it still would have been a 6/10 at best. By the time our server actually returned to the table, our waters were all empty and our plates were cleaned. She even commented that she hadn't stopped by to check on us. Unbelievable. Ordinarily I would have ordered dessert, almost always another round of drinks, but by this point I was fed up. As someone who works in restaurants, I understand that a bad server can turn a good meal into a poor experience; a great server can turn a bad meal into a good experience. In this case, an awful server made a poor meal into a worse experience.
Celebrated a birthday, had great service from Tyler. The food was delicious and everyone was helpful and worked as a team. The seats were comfortable
Went for our anniversary. It was decent. Not great enough for 5 stars. The apple salad was the highlight food wise. Entrees were meh. I never request salt and pepper and this needed it. Both my wife and myself. I had the short rib stroganoff and she had the steak pasta. Both just bland. Service by Von. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not very service friendly, rushed out food, slammed out salads down on the table, just annoying when you are trying to celebrate a happy occasion. After we ate, we decided to sit at the bar because the drinks were very good. Bar service was much better! Emilio and Jesus were attentive and personable. They made the night. All in all, I would go back for drinks, but not dinner.
Service is amazing, our server is very nice. The Ribeye steak is average. Ordered medium, needs to be remade cause almost well done.

The sea bass with green chile risotto is my favorite dish here. The fish is tender juicy and flavorful, it's served with a delicious creamy green chili risotto and asparagus. The service is amazing from the moment we walk in. We've been fortunate to get Anastasia as our server and she is very attentive. Definitely recommend
Went for a graduation party on the roof top and everything was phenomenal!!!! The staff were fantastic, friendly and very clean. Not once did i run out of my drink. They constantly cleaned, picked up around the bar floor, i can go on and on. It was such a great experience!

Short on staff affecting service. Small serving of Chilean Bass, small for $56. No hostess at desk. Nice server. We were not offered bread and had to ask for some. They do have a dress code for the restaurant but the indoor bar has patrons coming through the restaurant in tank tops, caps and shorts. Our bill was $211, before tip, for two people, no bottle of wine, 1 dessert shared, surf & turf, Chilean bass, cup of soup, 3 glasses of wine. The food was very good.
From the moment I arrived everyone was very polite to my wife and I.
Held a graduation reception on the patio and it was A great experience. We ordered a lot of appetizers and had excellent service from the bar Highly recommended!
We came here to celebrate a graduation. Great food and even greater cocktails! Would recommend to a friend!
