Wendy's in Albuquerque

“So I am writing this because of the customer service given at this restaurant. The counter person Keoughla was great in taking my order. She recommended the grilled chicken wrap which I found was very good. She allowed me to eat my meal then come back to get my chocolate frosty. She was a shining light for the store. The soda/tea/everything machine was really fun. You could select pretty much anything liquid refreshment. The peach tea was fantastic.
Restaurant was clean, food hot, restroom required a code (keeping it only available to customers)“

“We went through the drive-thru and our order was immediately taken. Cosmic was a very friendly server and was communicating with his team to get us our food as quickly as possible. The best fast food experience I’ve had in a long long time.“

“Food was good. New cream cycle frosty should be permanent. Parents who bring their children should not be oblivious to their children screaming and carrying on. Other people would like to enjoy their time without having to participate in what must be an everyday event in your home!“

“Went to Wendy's for lunch the other week with my daughter and mom and it was awesome! I hadn't had Wendy's in a really long time and got the chicken sandwich/nuggets/fries/coke and it was fresh/delicious. We ate inside and the ambiance was very relaxing and comfortable. I guess this specific location remodeled the inside and it's very nice and clean. Definitely recommend 👍“

“Stopped here to grab a bite, went through the drive-thru, a gentleman took our order he was very nice and chipper. (A wonderful change in pace as any Fast food is a teen with bad attitude) we got the food, it was warm and the fries were the best I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s, salty and crispy. This was excellent customer service, and good quality food. This is the example every fast food restaurant should be striving for!“

“So ordered a baconator meal with a cheesy baked potato and a large fruit punch. My girl ordered a Dave's double combo with fries and a Frosty. Food was great. Be careful ordering delivery though. They deliver through Door dash. My Dasher
showed up right after my order was placed and said this location was having issues getting the food out. I got my order through DoorDash almost 35 minutes late. Not trying to bad mouth this location at all We loved the food but check who's delivering for you guys please“

“HOUR LONG WAIT TIME. Been going here for almost 20 years now. Haven't been going in a couple of years because they implemented a lower-count of employees, so there are not enough employees, and it takes FOREVER to make your order. They have to close the dining room frequently because they simply do not have enough workers to tend to the needs. So be prepared to wait a FULL HOUR in the drive through like I did, only to get my food and have it ENTIRELY INCORRECT!“

Vegetarian options: Just look at the menu there is always something for a vegetarian to enjoy. Like the baked potato, if there are some other toppings you'd prefer just ask to substitute.“

He was very friendly when he took our order, checked on us after our food was at the table and was cleaning when there no one there to order food. Great employee in my opinion. The food was good, burgers and fries were hot and cheese was melted. Very clean restaurant. Way to go Wendy’s!“

“I always get the chil and shake these are the best in town and all the other foods. I and other customers are always greeted when we are in the restaurant. The food is very good and it is a place to bring your whole family. I will be stopping there today.“

“I waited a long time for my food. Several people who had been behind me got theirs. I had to go ask. Cashier said it wasn't made and my order had been deleted. I showed my receipt a d they magically found my order. It wasn't even warm. It sat so long.“
