I think the employees at this Wendy's at Eubank, must have an excellent manager. Everyone was so friendly. It's rare to see a fast food restaurant with such great customer service.
Someone is trying to make it look better. Went through the drive through yesterday, food was hot, fast, and friendly service.
I don't usually have issues with this location but I don't think I will be back after my last 2 visits. Tonight they left out my Double a $7 sandwich, they didn't fully close the lids on the backed potatoes so when removing them from the back the top one spilled and flipped over as the bottom tray bent, the bottom container got covered in chilli and beans and was cold.
