Ordered in the app. With my order was 3 cookies, and after being charged they only had 1. They would not give me anything for later pick up or refund my money. Essentially took my money and never gave me anything for it. The shift manager was playing on her phone and wouldn't even come talk to me. I complained to corporate and they keep reaching out to the store, bit I never hear anything back. All over 2 stinking cookies. Not going back.Additionally, our fries were not hot.

Service and drive thru time wasn't bad. Food was horrible. It was not busy and the burger I received was burnt. Both patties were burnt, bun was hard and crusty.Parking: Parking lot is tiny.

Horrible service. All the workers were in the back playing around with frozen chicken pattys. While they have us waiting around. Then i ask for a chocolate frosty. They bring me a frozen cup from the freezer. Super hard ice cream, tasted so old. And after all this, the cashier feels insulted because I ask for my money back....
