Stop using stale buns just throw them out and buy more. "Oh I guess Ill continue using these clearly dry buns" stop... use your scents.

The doors were locked when we showed up at 8, they opened at 6. They promptly opened the doors. They keep them locked to keep out the less desirable. Service was prompt and personable.

I usually have good experiences at this location, but my recent visit on Saturday, February 22nd, around 9:40 p.m. was disappointing. I ordered a #2 Meal (medium) with a Dr Pepper, a large water, and a large cup of ice through the drive-thru. There was initially a mix-up with the charge for the water and ice, but it was corrected. However, I wasn’t given a receipt.
When I got back to work and started eating, I noticed my burger patties were extremely undercooked—practically raw. I took photos because it was very unappetizing and not what I expected. Unable to return to the restaurant, I tried calling twice, but both times the phone rang for an extended period before disconnecting with a loud beeping sound. On the second call, there was silence before it cut off, making it impossible to report the issue.
I understand that mistakes happen, but getting an undercooked burger and not being able to reach anyone about it was frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve consistency and customer service.

Paid nearly $4 for baconator fries. Does this look right? Everything else is fine. Also, the lady making the food about 10 minutes ago wasn't even wearing gloves while making sandwiches. Literally watched her use her bare hands to touch lettuce, tomatoes, and wrap sandwiches. Bummed...

The cashier could barely understand me, took 10 minutes for two 4pc nuggets an a burger.. Their drink machine literally had no syrups just carbonated water..

The order placed was wrong. I was over charged for larger items than ordered. Very poor service the individual at the window was RUDE!!!! I ordered children's cheeseburger small fry, and two small cups of chile. Received a Hamburger regular size, cold old fries, two bowls of chile. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WINDYS, FOOD OR STAFF!!!

We’re never going back there again they just lost 2 customers they double charged me ? I asked for fricken bbq and they gave me ranch I hate ranch and I asked for a large fry with a meal and she wanted to charge me for a small fry to get a free large I’m like no forget it they’re stupid

I ordered 2 separate Baconator meals, one for me and one for my driver and it was more than $24. When I got home, I found there was NO BACON on mine at all! It was just a plain little cheeseburger. I called my driver and his didn't have any bacon EITHER. I looked in vain for a receipt. That was missing also. But when I called them, they refused to do anything about it unless I gave them a receipt number. Kind of convenient for them, if you ask me, since they're the ones who are supposed to make sure I have a receipt. I notice other folks have complained about missing bacon. I suspect this may be a way of saving a lot of money because bacon is expensive. I live very close by, but I'll never go there again. After 20 years of frequenting this establishment, I have had my limit of mistakes. It's too bad, really, because the food, when cooked properly and the orders gotten right, can be quite good. But every time they mess up an order, going BACK to get a replacement is NEVER convenient, even if they agree to do it. It's depressing, really. I deeply resent spending so much money on plain cheeseburgers.
