This place is way too expensive now and the meal deals aren't worth it and for some insane reason a meal is an extra $5 then just getting the sandwich and all you get is a drink and fries and that's not even a large are you serious?

Missed half of my order. I had to wait for my tenders. When they brought my order out the bag was sealed. I guess I should have taken seal off because both orders of my spicy nuggets were not in the bag. Usually good service.

One word: DISGUSTING! Between the homeless sitting at the main entrance, to the soda machine that looks like it's never been wiped down, and shoe marks on the wall. 🤢

What is the point of online ordering if they can't or won't give you what you ordered? Long line, so long I am initially in the street, but they reduce the line fairly quickly. They is some confusion when I go to pick up my meal, but nothing is explained to me. I take my meal and head back to the office. Back at work I find my Classic Bacon burger with no lettuce and no mustard add asiago cheese was swapped with a much cheaper chicken sandwich with lettuce and mustard. At least tell me you don't have what I ordered and give me the option of a refund, rather than ripping me off.

During my visit to this store the fry’s were old, hard and the nuggets overcooked and dried. The food was not cold at all. Service was friendly and the dining was fast but the food was definitely sitting around for a while.
