I told the guy in the drive thru three times that I wanted the croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich, three times he would say “yeah the muffin” after the third time I just let it go thinking we were talking about the same thing. Just to open the bag and see a muffin sandwich. That’s just not cool
Update: I took one bite of the muffin sandwich and it’s hard as a rock. Now it seems like it was going bad so they forced me to get it.

I ordered a head of time online and drove the 10 minutes drive to the location when I got there I checked in at the window and was told to pull forward of the window and wait. I waited for 15 minutes in which time I was asked twice what was In my order. I saw in my side view mirror the employee take back the bag from the car and try to bring it to me. When I called him on it I was informed "yeah but they didn't touch it" and I still had to wait 5 more minutes for him to bring me the two drinks. When I got the order I was missing a sugar cookie and the fries were old gross and cold. Never ordering from here again. Not even worth asking them to remake it so I can wait another half hour for sub par shit.

We got thier at at 8:30 ans they opwn at 6:30 that is 2 hours of prep time and they are still preping the food and we ask the workers if the resturant was open and just looked at as and we were on a time limit and were not able to get are food becuse no one came to take are order.

They had decent customer service but when I picked up my food from ordering it as a pick up order through the mobile app- The fries were half full in the large fry I ordered and the cinnabon was hard. I tried putting it through the microwave (the cinnabon) for 30sec and was still hard so they gave me a left out & old cinnabon cinnamon roll🙃.. I would've been fine waiting another 3-5min for a fresh one. Everything else was fresh so why wasn't my cinnamon roll??

So I am writing this because of the customer service given at this restaurant. The counter person Keoughla was great in taking my order. She recommended the grilled chicken wrap which I found was very good. She allowed me to eat my meal then come back to get my chocolate frosty. She was a shining light for the store. The soda/tea/everything machine was really fun. You could select pretty much anything liquid refreshment. The peach tea was fantastic. Restaurant was clean, food hot, restroom required a code (keeping it only available to customers)
