I usually stop in for one or 2 of their seasonal shakes. One of the few places that has a creamy shake that isn't water like in 15 min nor does it have all that foam space filler that is left after a few sips. If it is a flavor that I really like, I'll buy 2 or 3 at a time & freeze them. It's best if you freeze them full so as to keep the consistency a bit better (not so many ice crystals). A good place to grab a bite to eat.
The last few visits this restaurant has been very disorganized and has gotten my order wrong three times in a row.

Bad service, more like no service. I went to the drive through at about 8am to order 1 honey butter chicken biscuit. I person on the end asked me to wait because they were going through a shift change. After 5 minutes he took my order. I dove forward and waited another 10 minutes. I felt bad for the person in the car in front of me because they had been there longer. I finally backed out of the driveway and left. If the store is open for business, then they should be open to the public. Not being able to help customers, and handle a shift change is a sign of bad management skills.

One of the better burger chains on west side of Albuquerque. Fries are great, good value, fresh, love it with all the veggies on the burger. Very clean. Nice staff, comfortable to eat inside.

Went here to get dinner but I had to skip it due to the night shifters. Guy with a skee mask who kept calling me ese was very rude to me , I just wanted to order my food with certain things not added to my meal and all I could he was him and the others in the background just laughing. Felt like they were gonna spit in my food. Customer service was horrible I won’t come back here at this location. Before I drove off I told the guy “Are you good” ? Because of the disrespect I felt towards me he just stared at me and said “go” he didn’t even charge me. He should get fired if he really hates his job , customer service is a priority working in fast foods and hospitality. I really bet he was on drugs he should quit if he doesn’t want to behave like a good boy.
Tons of lazy people in the back. The rely on the counter guy to run the whole inside of the restaurant. Little to no help for the counter guy, who bust his behind with a smile. Instead of helping the managers will just look at you and not say a word. I pretty much have to point out my order on the screen for anyone to notice it. That is only if front counter guy is busy. Usually he is good but if he is busy no one else will help me. Sad to see to be honest

I asked for take out and they brought my food on a tray like I was dining in and they gave me an awful look like they didn't want to serve me.
Never been so disappointed with Whataburger. Check your bags everyone. I got the breakfast pancake platter and only who I assume was the manager took my payment and handed me my food. As the only person in the drive through I was given a pancake platter without utensils, without napkins, without butter, without syrup. Luckily pancakes is finger food when you don't put syrup on it. Anyway, thank you Whataburger.
