Sat in the drive through for about 20 to 30 minutes for only a couple items, got the food they told us to pull into a parking spot while they went to get our two drinks. Get home turns out we are missing two items. Disappointed in the wait and now that I paid for something I didn’t even receive.

I had went to this location a few times previously and stopped going. Staff was rude and they couldn't get a simple order correct. I tried it a again a couple weeks ago and they have new staff. I have now gone in several times to have an early lunch. The middle age mexican man in the back always acknowledges me and says hello when I walk in. The older lady who takes my order is always friendly and attentive. My order has been correct every time now. The morning staff are great workers and understanding what customer service is. I work in customer service as well as management close by and intend to keep going.

I was take out and I went through the drive through and it’s my only day off of work and the old grumpy lady at the window who’s always there starts screaming at me and she proceeds to yell at my grandfather who just asked a question! Don’t work in food service if you can’t even fake it at that point just go home 👎🏽
