went here on 3/9/25 around 8:30pm. Ordered 2 fruit loot shakes and some food. We payed and one of the shakes was the right consitency however the 2nd one was almost completely frozen and looked gross. The woman who helped us ended up being the manager. After asking for a fresh one she admitted to making it earlier in the day. I told her I wanted a fresh one and she immediatley took an attitude with me. I understand how fast food jobs can be frusturating, but in what world is it okay to knowingly serve a customer a disgusting hours old drink and then complain about it. To the manager please take a refresher course on food safety and customer service. 0/10
Older lady with gray ponytail held my phone when using tap to pay, then when she finally handed my phone back to me, she informs me of the new text messages I received while she held onto it for whatever reason. What is this?? Never had this happen anywhere.

I went in today yo get the 4 for 4 chile dogs advertised on Facebook and I got denied. It says no coupon needed but the lady insisted there is a code. She tried saying the code isn't a coupon but indact that would make you needing a code. It says on the bottom no coupon needed. It's weiner Wednesday for January. My aunt had went to another location earlier that day and has zero problems. The young lady was also really rude. She is super pale wears a crazy ton of makeup and dark hair. I will be by to speak to a manager tomorrow.

Only time I ever really went here I had a bad experience because they wouldn't let me and my ex use the restroom without a purchase. Haven't really been back since. Food is alright though. Still am based since that incident.
