I'm a dasher, I've never had a restaurant deny me ice water. This one did lol my husband said Albuquerque has a statute requiring that water be given upon request in restaurants, turns out we do. Dunno if it applies to dashers but either way I was shocked 🤣 it's hot‼️

I asked if there was ketchup, the girl said there was some in the bag. There was not. I'm traveling. I wanted ketchup with my fries. Super annoying.

Had wing stop at this location last night and been up vomiting. Things did taste a little weird. I ordered the cheese fries and 5 piece regular hot. And I wonder if it’s bc I didn’t tip. It was a total accident I typed in a tip but for some reason it didn’t ring up. Either way you shouldn’t treat customers like this if that’s case. You never know what people are going through so please be kind. I’ll never eat at this location again and quite frankly I may be done with wing stop in general. Not a good feeling
Just wanted to add since I have been sick all day these kids are really sweet in there but probably need training on under cooking things and cross contamination before they make more people sick

I have been going thru chemotherapy and rarely hungry. The last 2 days I've been craving chicken wings. This was my first time to wing stop here on Carmel ne. Got home excited to enjoy my splurge since I'm pretty strapped financially. The wings were HORRIBLE. The tops of the drumsticks and wings were so over cooked on the top you could only eat under the skin. Then since all the flavor is in the skin I guess and meat was rubbery with no flavor since all the flavoring was just on top. Feeling very sad and let down when I splurged on the 10 piece. I always am the one to give kudos however in this situation I feel like I need a refund or credit for something else. ?
