It's way too sweet. I ordered iced caramel macchiato a day before this order and it was just perfect, but the next day I ordered it blended and its way too sweet! I tried scooping out the caramel but that did not help. Im at work with this wasted drink I spent money on. Im so disappointed.. I just started coming to Ziggis a week ago because I stopped supporting Starbucks and I wanted to try something new.

Bro I pull up order me a lil bad Bruce 20 oz im excited it looks good online and it bring a lil air freshener, I pull up to the window I pay then I see my drink being made in the back it looks good so far then they hand it to me itās water mind you the drink is supposed to be frozenāļø I take a sip straight cold water no blue raspberry no pomegranate flavor and most of all NO GUMMY SHARKš¦ and to top it all off no air freshener this done pmoš

Breakfast burritos were not good. The egg was watery (maybe use powdered egg?) and tortilla was soggy. My son asked for a chai latte and they thought it was supposed to be spicy when I corrected them that we wanted just an original one, my son said it was still spicy. Too expensive to not be happy with anything we tried.

Ordered on Door Dash, the order was completely wrong. Asked for a Butter Pecan Latte with Toasted Marshmallow Foam. Received what tasted like ice and milk, had no flavor and No Foam. I also asked for caramel drizzle and top and had no caramel whatsoever. First time ordering and was disappointed :(

Gentle reminder to label drinks. We ordered two of the same drinks but one with 2 espresso shots and neither drink was labeled. What sucks is we didnāt notice until we got home because we were saving the drinks for home.

I used to love Ziggis but lately Iāve been very disappointed with my drinks and my service. I usually donāt write reviews but this needed to be said. Today I ordered a Fireside at the drive thru but somehow I left with a white mochaā¦ Iām not sure how that happened especially since the barista repeated my order back to me. My drinks have been unflavored and not great. I just want the old Ziggis atmosphere back because the last few weeks have been sadā¦.

They were nice. I have a lot of allergies and they were patient with me when I was deciding on what to get for my birthday drink. I got the raspberry truffle. That surprisingly has no nuts. It's really yummy. When I get money, I'll try more of their drinks. The fireside drink is really yummy too.
