Ziggis continues to be one of the best alternatives to Starbucks. They simply have higher quality and more options in every category aside from food. The food they do offer isnt half bad either! I highly recommend the grilled cheese.
The staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating.
Don't go to Starbucks go to ziggis.

I went there to pick up an order for doordash and I know my order came in before the people who were pulling into the drive-thru when I arrived. They served everybody else first people got in and out of the drive-thru within 5 minutes and I was standing out in the freezing cold at the stupid window for 20 minutes. They helped everybody else first. The completely emptied the drive-thru before they even started my order. Total disrespect to us Dashers and then they gave me a free drink card as if that makes it up. I don't even drink coffee. If I could use cuss words in this review I would I can't believe the level of disrespect to us Dashers from Ziggy's coffee

Enjoy the products but do not appreciate that when you have a mobile order and there is a long drive through line, it takes sometimes even longer to just get recognized at the window. Why even provide a convenient option like pre-ordering if it takes even longer to pick it up from the window when you are the only person standing there then it does for five cars to go through the drive-thru?

The staff is very easy and fun to chat with. We had a good laugh about how moving is the worst 📦 And of course, the drinks were delicious as always.
The coffee was delivered in a cup sealed in a bag, but there was no coffee in the cup because it had poured all over the bag. Do better about your delivery packaging.

It's way too sweet. I ordered iced caramel macchiato a day before this order and it was just perfect, but the next day I ordered it blended and its way too sweet! I tried scooping out the caramel but that did not help. Im at work with this wasted drink I spent money on. Im so disappointed.. I just started coming to Ziggis a week ago because I stopped supporting Starbucks and I wanted to try something new.

Bro I pull up order me a lil bad Bruce 20 oz im excited it looks good online and it bring a lil air freshener, I pull up to the window I pay then I see my drink being made in the back it looks good so far then they hand it to me it’s water mind you the drink is supposed to be frozen❄️ I take a sip straight cold water no blue raspberry no pomegranate flavor and most of all NO GUMMY SHARK🦈 and to top it all off no air freshener this done pmo😒
