Ordered over the phone the lady seemed nice just got a plain jane pepperoni pizza because who can mess that up, it was a decently good pizza, to me though imo the dough seemed a little thin but good nonetheless, only took 15 minutes and pizza was hot and ready for me, the place does seem to be kind of hidden in a plaza with a small sign. Set me back $7.60 which is not that bad the prices seem to be current with other older reviews, would order from here again
We had the pizza it was very good. Came quick and our waiter was great! I'd definitely recommend eating here. Diego's is now at Joseph's Grill. You can eat at the bar or restaurant.

We are on a cross country retirement road trip. We were hit by a white out snow storm and stayed the night in Santa Rosa, NM. It was a wonderful surprise because we were able to enjoy a great pizza at Diego's. We shared a great thin crust pizza. You do have option of thick crust. Full bar available and the Long Island Ice Tea was fluid with a great price. They were packed, but our waitress was smiling and personable.
