Tina was so rude. I was really nervous ordering a take out order because I have social anxiety and she laughed at me struggling to order, and told me âyoure so funnyâ as she hears me being nervous. Why work in customer service if you arenât going to have patience for all types of people?

Ordered online waited for our order pushed the red button twice no answer was brought out the wrong food first . We then waited 40 minutes still no order. Went to window and was told it wasnât ready yet! Order came out incomplete when we asked where the rest was the young man was rude annd said thatâs all that was ordered and just walked away! If you donât like your job get a new one guy! Drove 40 minutes!!! Bring back the old sonic!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We Placed an order for 2 cheese burger meals, chicken strip meal, and a hotdog meal, it took them over 45 minutes to give us our meal. There was not much traffic in the location, I went up to the window and was told to go back and wait for my order. It took them an additional 15 minutes. If you are looking for fast food DO NOT COME HERE!

absolutely terrible !! Had to wait almost an hour for our order after ordering ahead online. Placed my order at 9:03 arrived at 9:09. App claimed order was ready by 9:09 as soon as we arrived. No one ever came out after 30min. Had to go through drive thought and had to wait an extra 20min, didnât receive my order until 9:53 ! Save your time and your money. Workers are lazy, and rude!
