VERY DISAPPOINTED! We Placed an order for 2 cheese burger meals, chicken strip meal, and a hotdog meal, it took them over 45 minutes to give us our meal. There was not much traffic in the location, I went up to the window and was told to go back and wait for my order. It took them an additional 15 minutes. If you are looking for fast food DO NOT COME HERE!

absolutely terrible !! Had to wait almost an hour for our order after ordering ahead online. Placed my order at 9:03 arrived at 9:09. App claimed order was ready by 9:09 as soon as we arrived. No one ever came out after 30min. Had to go through drive thought and had to wait an extra 20min, didn’t receive my order until 9:53 ! Save your time and your money. Workers are lazy, and rude!

My entire meal was stale. From my tater tots to my onion rings. They gave me the wrong slush. Every time I go to this sonic in Anthony Tx my meal is always a disappointment. I’d suggest staying away from this sonic location.

I wanted to try the new sonic,so I went around 6 pm I sat there for 12 minutes waiting for someone to take my order ,but no such luck . I ended up leaving and going to whataburger, they seem to care about customer service

Arrived and ordered 4 drinks only and we sat there for about 30 minutes, literally. I decided that was more than enough and called the attention of an employee and asked them to cancel my order and it turned out the drinks were sitting there, forgotten about. This is my second time coming in the evening and having to take awhile to get my order.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences at fast-food chains, but this Sonic location takes the crown for being the absolute WORST. It’s a shame because the old location was so much better, and I never expected service to decline this drastically.

First of all, the ordering process was an absolute disaster. My mother-in-law had to repeat herself multiple times for something as simple as ordering a “Number 13.” The drive-thru attendant asked ridiculous questions like, “Which number?” and “Yeah, but what is it?” Are you kidding me? How do you not know your own menu?

After finally managing to get the order in, they gave me the wrong change. Then, after we paid, we had to wait an eternity. A girl came to the window and asked for our order again—AFTER WE PAID. I repeated everything only for her to look confused, tell me my total (again, after I already paid), and then walk away.

The cherry on top? A guy finally came back with ONE bag of food. When I started checking the order, he had the audacity to ask, “Are you done?” Uh, NO, because you forgot my drinks and the rest of my food. After a solid hour of back-and-forth confusion, they finally got the full order together.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, my family gave this place another shot a few days later, only to be let down again. On the phone, I heard the staff using unprofessional phrases like “okay bet,” and once again, they completely messed up the order.

It’s clear they’ve hired a team of clueless, unprofessional people who have no idea what they’re doing. For me to spend $40 and wait a whole hour for wrong orders and bad service is unacceptable.

DO NOT COME HERE. The service is unprofessional, the staff is incompetent, and the wait times are ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere that values your time. I’ll never be back.
