“I love a good food cart/truck/stand! This is one of the best places I've eaten in Taos. Have had the barbacoa and shrimp tacos. Both were exceptional. If you have a day you want a plain ole sandwich and onion rings, well, no worries, that was also exceptionally good. You can't go wrong here. There are places to sit outside if you like.“

“Yes. I am the guy who always wants to know where the really good food is. Even in a small town, there’s always something good. Found it in Taos: the Taos Chicharron Burrito (it’s a food truck). The Chicharron Burrito was divine. Simple. Fresh, hot tortilla filled with Chicharron, perfect beans, and cheese. Crunchy, yet chewy, and absolutely delicious. Sitting under a big red umbrella under the beautiful blue sky and listening to the distant sound of Mexican radio, spatulas clacking, and happily talking. I’ll be back.“
