My beautiful wife and I just had ourselves a bowl of green chile stew from Taos Cow and all I can say is that we will definitely be back for more. Wow. What a local treat!!
Even when it’s snowing and freezing it’s still wonderful to enjoy a delicious fresh ice cream
We enjoyed our experience and price were very reasonable
Definitely recommend and will come back next time when we are here
Both guys working this morning totally ignored me when I walked up to order coffee before heading to work. I will not give this shop or the Anglada my business again and will tell all the tourists not to go there either. So rude. What's so hard about saying hello to a customer when they walk up....?
Little cafe offering ice-cream and hot breakfast/lunch items. I had a nice turkey sandwich and house chips here. I forgot to check out the ice-cream, will do that next time I visit the area.
Perhaps the best breakfast burrito if chile was hotter. Great ice cream. Will return!
Stopped by for ice cream after a hike to Williams Lake. Quaint little place but the ice cream was delicious!!
Good ice cream. Mid service. Nothing special.
Hands down my favorite burrito in New Mexico!! They are gigantic and fill you up for a solid day of skiing and if you can’t finish the whole thing, they taste excellent the next day reheated up. Their ice cream is also delightful and delicious. We never visit Taos without multiple trips here!
Great selection of flavors, some very unique to Taos Cow. We tried the Pistachio White Chocolate and the Pinion Caramel, both of which were delicious. The seating area along side the stream makes for a pleasant experience.
The avocado toast is great and the reuben sandwich with Thai slaw is life changing! THEN we heard they have a turkey reuben with green chili! WHAT??? Next time, next time.

The absolute perfect burrito. It has 2/3 egg with the green chili mixed in so that it is well contained. The remaining 1/3 is equal parts meat and potato and cheese. I appreciate that the ingredients are uniformly distributed through the burrito and not concentrated on one end of the other. Not overly salted. Every bite is scrumptious.
The service is friendly. Breakfast burrito and the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich were so good! Definitely coming back for those again. We came the next day for ice cream and again the service was excellent and the ice cream was delicious. We really enjoy the seating area out back. What an incredible view.
Great ice cream!
A bit of an odd set up with the glass and microphones.
A small but interesting selection of ice cream flavors. They don’t let you try samples, and I’m not willing to spend as much as they ask for for a scoop of ice cream and potentially not like it, so it kind of requires you to take it safe. The staff definitely seemed annoyed to be there.
However the little outside seating area is divine. Would return for that ambiance alone.
Ice cream is decent but it’s definitely not worth the price ($7 single scoop)
