Whats the point of ordering a meal if your only gonna be able to eat one or the other because the tots are hard and bitter from old oil..The economy is to bad to pay full price and only get half of what we for..

Hello, I would like to leave my review for the nasty, rude way my husband and I were treated. Today February 18th at around 5:15 we ordered 2 whooper meals, paid for our order and went to the second window, when we received the order my husband asked for ketchup and the lady, Hispanic practically threw about 20 packs in his hand, she slammed the window in his face, slammed the window!!!! Lady looked back at us reopened window, my husband confused asked for napkins since Burger King usually forgets to put in bag, she rudely replied, "their in the bag". Slams window again while I am saying something so needless to say about 18 packs of ketchup went flying against the building and I had to go inside for napkins. I looked for the lady but she must of seen me coming inside and ran off, good thing because by this time I was pissed! We are both seniors and always nice to people so we were shocked that we have experienced this rudeness twice at the same Artesia Burger King. We won't be back for a third time. FYI if you don't like your job get a different one. So tired of rude ass young people with no manners or couth! Plus we asked for fresh fries and as usual cold. If you want a crappie experience, go to this Burger King 🤴

Breakfast ok. Just Best to order ahead than go in , never what kind of mood staff might be in.
Very nice looking BK, lobby is very nice. The gal that took our order was kind. My cheeseburger needed a fresh bun. It's dryness made the cheeseburger bad. My onion rings got cold while we waited for my husband's rings to be made. While I appreciate fresh made food, our order took a while, like a long while. My husband did enjoy his meal, and shared his hot onion rings with me :)

Ordered two bacon king meals, asked for bbq and no mayo/no ketchup on both. Ordered exactly the same way. Got one with bbq and the other with ketchup and mayo. Middle of the patty was...luke warm..? Fries were luke warm and soggy.. Just go out of town for fast food. It's not worth it here. You will have a much better experience 45 minutes away. Better food and better service.

The worst Burger King location in the world. The slowest drive thru in existence. They messed up my order after I waited lore than 20 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food. The people I do see inside are just standing around with no sense of urgency. But they are apparently short-staffed, so you are forced to wait in the drive thru if you want to eat their food.
I am very pleased with the service and food tonight at Burger King. Lately it’s been hit and miss. But to the young lady working and guy in back. It was definitely worth the small wait I had during this busy time in town!
Went in to speak with a manager, blonde lady up front said she is a manager, explained to her the drive thru lane two had been waiting a couple of cars orders in lane one she proceeded to argue with me about how her and the other gentleman working the drive thru are "taking turns" and it's not possible that that happenedIt's crazy how she assumes I just went inside to get complain for nothing, Her actions were simply childish. I can understand they're busy, but that's no way to treat anyone. I hope the general manager sees this and better trains there staff to drive customers away I will not be returning nor recommending Artesia BK in the future
