Ordered extra cheese, paid for extra cheese, got no extra cheese. Money is tight and I don’t like paying for things I don’t get. Asked for pie cut didn’t get it like I wanted. Why ask online how I want it cut when nobody cares? Ya’ll need to go to Carlsbad Dominos and see how it’s done.

Managers definitely don’t act like managers now a days. Kindly asked for extra oil on an order and the so called manager literally threw a fit and slammed my order on the counter because I questioned him. Manager acted like a complete CHILD and I got second hand embarrassment for him.

I’m writing this review at 11:30 PM. As you can see by their hours even right now, takeout is open. Someone claiming to be manager very rudely denied us service with no actual explanation besides “no staff”. But we both saw two people in there so how much staff do you need to make a pasta?? When I asked for a manager, they said they were the manager. When I asked for their name, they refused and then blatantly ignored me. When I pointed out the fact, there’s no sign on the door saying they’re short staffed and closed early, I got a shrug and mumbled “sorry”. What’s most frustrating is I just had oral surgery the day before, so the only food I can eat is pasta and mashed potatoes right now. This place, at this time of night, is literally the only place I can get food right now and I am really hungry being on a mashed potato diet for two days now. But for no actual reason, I’ve been denied service and food from the only place that I can even eat. Extremely disappointed, not only by the refusal of service, but to be treated the way we were, to be refused to even be given a name or have a conversation with us. The most unprofessional “manager” that I’ve ever met, whatever his name is. I do intend to go during open hours, again, to speak to someone. Hopefully someone will be far more professional with me.

Can't ever go wrong with a dominos on a Friday night. I ordered thru the app on my way home. They were super busy, the person working the desk seems they were working delivery as well. Handled business very well

Ordered a large pizza composed of half vegetarian and half pepperoni jalapeño. Very disappointed in the aesthetic of the pizza. Slices were not symmetrical and pizaa just was lacking in presentation.The pizza was slightly warm. Very disappointed with food.
Poor costumer service, employees lack training. My order was marked as completed on the app, when I got down to get my food and tried to open the door it was locked. I waited for the door to be opened for several minutes. I could see One of the male employees with long black hair kept touching his hair and not washing his hands. There was 4 employees in the front just staring bothered and did not bother to open the door. I assumed they were still working on my order so I waited 30 min and decided to start knocking, until one employee came to open up the door. When asked why they would not open the door, he denied any of them seeing me through all the glass windows. The food quality was okay except for our brownies. Burnt and not edible.
