I have been in this restaurant more than twice and I always end up eating something different than I want to order because they always out of what I want. The portions are ridiculously small but they charged full price. Even what I order to drink is out of stock. Very disappointed on this place

Worst ihop I’ve ever been to ! Waited nearly 2 hours for our food, which was steak & eggs & a side of pancakes. Food wasn’t very good. Manager was wearing pajamas & didn’t even attempt to make anything right. Server was nice but not very tentative.

Had to wait to get seated, with only one table already there. Had to send back the soda and coffee because they were messed up. Finally came to take our order after the other table had been waited on continuously for almost half an hour. The fries were cold, and the burgers were burnt with soggy tomatoes, and waited another 30 minutes for refills on soda, finally afi45 minutes a new order of fries came out but we're too upset to eat them because of all the wait times. Meanwhile still watching the only other table get waited on numerous times. Was very disappointed in our IHOP experience. Won't go there again, and will not recommend them to anyone else either.

Food was cold as if it sat for 20 minutes before being served. Didn’t have several things on the menu. Fountain drink had black particles in the drink. After asking the waitress to get us another drink she didn’t acknowledge us with anything other than attitude. Next drink had the same floaties. This place has gone extremely downhill.
