Use the app you will get much better prices. I've been buying the $19.87 bucket for $10. They get it out really quick. Had an odd experienced yesterday, in that the chicken was probably almost double the weight of what it usually is. Usually being the previous two buckets. Same pieces just a whole lot more heft and size.

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional —instead of helping resolve a simple issue, she spoke to me with attitude and made me feel unwelcome. It honestly seems like customer service isn’t a priority here. The restaurant also didn’t look well-managed, and it showed in both the service and the food quality and how she presented herself. I won’t be coming back until the management changes or she changes her bad attitude and looses some weight

Ordered a family meal online that was supposed to be ready by 8:45 when I placed the order at 8:00pm. Not only did they give me the wrong food I asked them to remake the Cinnabons since they were ice cold just for them to still be cold when they brought it out

The store doesn't participate in the app or military but if you have local spirit bulldog card your more important and you get a discount but if an person served our country you get the not so nice finger. Don't forget who really protects your home and businesses.

It was so wonderful to walk in to people that seem to enjoy they're careers here at kfc artesia location. So friendly welcoming, and quick service, literally served up with a smile. If I could give 10 stars. I would! Great crew, great atmosphere. So inviting my spouse and I dined in and we never do that.
