The biscuit is still raw dough and came squished. There is no way they did not know this was not cooked.. This is not the first time the biscuit has been raw.

They need to retrain their employees on the difference between original and crispy chicken. I do not like their crispy chicken at all. Never fails, they will be out of original and just substitute with crispy. If I had wanted crispy I would've ordered it. They should inform the customer so they might get something different. But not like you can return it, they never give a receipt. Then if you do take it back they are rude about it. So guess I will just go to Popeyes.

Went through drive through and ordered 1 bowl of famous chicken bowl, well guess what I had when I arrived home 12 miles out? A Mac an cheese bowl. I hate Mac and cheese!!! What is wrong with you people not paying attention what you are serving?No wonder people hate eating in artesia, orders are always wrong!!

I think I was kicked out of the drive thru.I am severely hearing impaired and I went to the Taco Bell drive thru. I was having trouble hearing so I asked the person to speak up. After asking four times I pulled thru to order at the window. The person at the window was not happy with me decided to shame me. I was told, "if it's not too much trouble could I just come inside and order". I said it was too much trouble because I had my dogs with me. At no time did she attempt to speakup. But I did hear her say "you can't hear me anyway". I have never had a problem with pulling through and ordering from the window. The drive thru menus at most places of business say: "trouble hearing"? "Please order at window".The person taking my order had no right speaking to me this way. She never made an effort to communicate with me. She admonished me for being hearing impaired.

Traveling across the country, and this was one of the best establishments we’ve been to. Great food, very friendly people, fast service.
Gave my wife attitude at the drive thru and made her wait for the food. Let 10 cars passed and still gave her the wrong order and cold. Need to train employees for better customer service.
