The chicken filled rellenos are wonderful. The stuffed sopapillas are good as well. The food is an excellent value. The salsa does need some work however.

Lots of choices on the buffet. My favorites were the stuffed chilli rellenos, green chilli smothered chicken, & the pozole soup. was great.. They also have salad bar and dessert area.

Really had a Bi-Polar experience here. Amazing food that came out hot and delicious coupled with a server who joked about being anti-social and in the wrong industry. I will come back again, but I will leave if I get that same young lady (who never gave her name). I really enjoyed the Beef Fajitas. The meat was perfectly seasoned, and the veggie was tasty as well. The portion size was great, and they weren't afraid to add flavor to every dish that came out. On the other hand, drinks and straws had to be reminded several times, and those who were with me had trouble getting their beer.
Front cashier with red hair is always extremely rude… always gives my entire family attitude and has the poorest behavior around customers.. also always smells funny

Comfort food at it's best. There is plenty to choose from as a single dish, however, the buffet will draw you in. The crunchy tacos smothered in Chile con queso was my go-to. I love the atmosphere, promptness of service, the rustic theme, and the cleanliness is was what did it for me. The staff knew customers on a person to person basis. I can see why La Fonda is a town favorite.
