Paid $21 for a sandwich I could of made at home. It had one slice of meat and one slice of cheese bread was burnt and they didnt even add the toppings I requested as add on. This was the worst service and sandwich ever bought from them. Very disappointed!

This place is spiraling out of control. When I'm charged $2 to add avocado to a salad and they have failed to add it to the salad multiple times, that's a problem. This business has turned into a joke. Also never gave me dressing for the salad... I guess I'll just eat it dry ?. It is not hard at all to get the order right. Do better. It's getting ridiculous.

Ordered a salad and a huge blob of old lettuce was in my salad was even wet ? 2 small containers of ranch which was not enough for the salad they usually do great but not this time. Disappointing especially for price!!

I picked up lunch there today, I was in Artesia for work. I ordered in the app & waited 15 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready. The young ladies at the window said the spud wasn’t ready. It finally came out & I drove back to Roswell, sat at my desk & found I had a raw potato. My time & my money was wasted. Very, very disappointing.
Staff are young and got our order wrong - then tried to blame us. But, the worst part was the smell from the refinery - literally right across the street. We could smell the Benzene inside the restaurant!! So gross.

The food was good. Everyone I encountered working there was rude. The girl standing at the register kind of rolled her eyes, didn’t even ask if she could help me. The girl that brought my food was extremely rude and gave me dirty looks every time she walked by. And when they came to clean the dirty tables they lazily dragged the trash can out to the tables. That’s disgusting. I don’t want to eat right next to a trash can. Hire people that actually value and like their job. I’m not from artesia and I won’t be coming in here again.

I ordered the McAllister king club, advertising stated double the ingredients. 2 pieces of prepackaged lunchmeat each, turkey, ham & orange cheese. The double bacon ? didn't even come to 1 slice and was so thin you could see through it. All for $14. ???
