My family got food poisoning a few hours after eating the sandwiches we got here on 12/30/25.

I ordered food and used the men's restroom, there is no soap anywhere. So I proceed to let the manager know and he said that's no problem the male employees use the sink with soap next to the drive-thru window. So as the male employees 🙄 use the restroom 🚻 they take their hands with urine or poop on them and open and close the restroom doors and proceed to the cooking area and counter and wash their hands there. Does no one see the problem but me, plus how are customers supposed to wash there hands. Horrible please shut them down before you all get sick 😫.

The young lady Savannah working the register had a terrible attitude with the guest accompanying me rolling eyes and not wanting to answer questions. The food was not bad but the service was terrible. Would highly recommend training these individuals to have better manners with customers

Never again some people waited over two hours to not get their food. Line for refunds was longer than the line to order. Ridiculous service not friendly what so ever!!! Travel for BB tournament will not stop there again!!

Paid $21 for a sandwich I could of made at home. It had one slice of meat and one slice of cheese bread was burnt and they didnt even add the toppings I requested as add on. This was the worst service and sandwich ever bought from them. Very disappointed!

This place is spiraling out of control. When I'm charged $2 to add avocado to a salad and they have failed to add it to the salad multiple times, that's a problem. This business has turned into a joke. Also never gave me dressing for the salad... I guess I'll just eat it dry ?. It is not hard at all to get the order right. Do better. It's getting ridiculous.

Ordered a salad and a huge blob of old lettuce was in my salad was even wet ? 2 small containers of ranch which was not enough for the salad they usually do great but not this time. Disappointing especially for price!!
