I went through the drive through the other day and there was a girl giving me attitude and she was rolling her eyes and overheard her coworker calling her summer or something like that. It was just awful service with all the attitude, and she was also talking to her coworker about me when she was closing the window. I could barely even eat with how upset and angry I was to have to deal with workers like that. I would go somewhere else instead of having to deal with that again.

Functional franchise at best. Biggest issue is ice cream and shake products are non existent due to their machine being broken for literally MONTHS. How does a major company like McDonald’s leave this unfixed for months? Anytime I go to Burger King for a shake their machine is working and so is Sonic . very poor management

There are no condiments out or fountain to get on your own, they never came out of back to see what I wanted ,but I could see them,not kid friendly no more,if my grand children want some McDonald's I get them food from drive thru, not 2-3 times a week anymore 🫤 maybe once every 2-3 weeks,bummer we all use to love going there☹️

3 times I went in for the same order to be fixed, and all 3 times they repeatedly messed it up, and then refused to give me my correct order. Wasted money. Their was no trying to work with the manager or the crew. No point none of them spoke fluent English, and just kept telling me they can't do anything about my order because they made too much food. Absolutely outrageous

Drive through states "cash only" so I reluctantly decide to go to an ATM as nothing else is open. Come back and proceed to order a double QP and they then tell me the "only have the regular" as they don't have any meat..??? There are 3 other vehicles in the drive through and they only have enough for 1 burger? Gtfo. The reason I rarely eat fast food. ESPECIALLY McDonald's.

On my previous experience I was rushed and not given my complete order and was forced to pay and take the order On my most recent visits they did not give the sauces that I ordered and payed for and I went back to ask for more then only gave on packet of and they slammed the window with lots of attitude

Disrespectful can't get my order right when I told them more then once won't be going back my dog can understand me better then them
You can't order anything without being rushed, you can barely understand what they say at the drive through. You ask for fresh hot fries, and you get cold rubbery ones. You order your drinks but they don't tell you till they hand them to you that they were out of the drinks you wanted. We gave them back the fries along with all the sauces that we didn't order, they were only gone a few seconds and handed us back the same bag with the cold fries still in it. Only crunchier now because they dried out. The hamburgers were even cold. They have two restaurants in this town with the same lousy service at both. I know they don't care their customers because we tried to talk to a manager who didn't even let us tell what was wrong with our order before slamming the window shut in our faces. I wish McDonald's would just close their stores so a business that cares could come here.

We went through the drive-thru! I could not understand The lady working the window! But that's beside the point. The fries were cold and flimsy. The food was cold, as if it was made earlier. This place used to be good now its flopped maybe because of the new McDonald by Walmart! Who knows but I would shut down if it's gonna be awful for your customers.
