Our first time here, family had heard great things. It was good but the food was good but seriously lacked seasoning. Once you add a little salt and pepper it got better. The waitress was super sweet but you could tell she was new. 5 stars for the effort and attitude.
We were sat by a door and window that might go to a patio. The cold was blasting right through. I'd go again just because of lack of options in the area but season it.

Absolutely a rare treat and gem in Artesia, New Mexico. Staff was friendly and went out of their way even when slammed during peak hours. I have an enjoyable experience each and every time I have eaten here. The food was HOT and very well prepared. It was a complete full house and the staff never missed a beat. Very clean place even the restrooms were very well kept up. Excellent atmosphere and I will be returning again.

Suggest ordering by phone and pick up. It’s a very small restaurant. That being said, it may be small? However, it is huge in guys quality and quality! So be sure to go HUNGRY!

A delicious and reasonably-priced alternative to the constant Tex-Mex fare located in the heart of downtown Artesia.

We were promptly brought the most warm and delicious marinara however order was wrong...and would have preferred more care.Very cramped seating and small tables. We wanted to sit outside but the area was closed, opted to take my order to go due to noise level.

This place has the best chicken Alfredo so far in texas. Absolutely worth trying. The sauce was amazing. The garlic bread is good too. The sweet tea topped it off! The service was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place!

My son n I came in from out of town and need a place to eat. We found this little treasure. The service was out of this world. The food was amazing. And it's super affordable.

Do not order the Italian salad. It is so offense it might cause violence. The only thing Italian about it is the Kraft Italian dressing. I would have taken a pic, but even then, no one would believe it.

A quaint little local restaurant with the best lasagna highly recommends if the area. Amazing customer service, which seems to be forgotten in so many places these days but NOT at Piccolino. We have been a couple of times now and plan on going again before we leave. You can not go wrong. They have a steady flow of customers each time we have been

Food was good. The staff was not very friendly, never said your welcome when we said thank you. Cashier didn't say a word, not thank you, kiss my a-- or nothing, she was very rude! Waitress never came back to see if we needed anything else, such as refills, exc.

The greeting could have been better. All servers need to give their name upon meeting their tables. The food was good and so was the cheesecake ( tres leches). The lady at the cahier desk just sat there expecting us to go up instead of mentioning a small gesture to come close and pay; it's the small things that matter and the small things in assuming that get one no where really quick. No doubt that this place is a local favorite, but they can do better. Drink refills are basic necessity, smile more, and communicate better team.
